If you read my husbands first post, he did give you a on-topic, cordial and legitimate answer to the question you posed. You chose to be offended when he told you that regardless of what you think, people are going to talk about what they want to.
I was merely stating that you complain about arguments errupting within the forums when you are promoting it yourself. It does not make much sense to me. If you are unhappy with a topic why not start your own thread pertaining to what you wish to discuss? There are just as many people that would love to discuss various subjects pertaining to sex as there are who would like to talk about something ...else.
I for one, do not enjoy talking about sex all the time or war and death all the time. So I pick and chose which topic I want to comment on. It does not bother me to surf through many topics as I like to have a variety to chose from. If this site was about only one subject or the other, it would be very boring. I rather enjoy reading most of the posts wether they be about sex or not. It is entertaining for me.

Combining Lifestyle & Non-Lifestyle Friends - - We have both Swinger and non-swinger friends. We have found a few "swinger" friends that we would be "friends" with if we were not in the lifestyle. We have tried to invite these friends to parties that we have SPECIFICALLY specified as "VANILLA". This lifestyle - What are we really? - Well I think that is crap. We are TRUE swingers by all means. We have sex with other partners. We do NOT make love to anyone else. We do NOT love anyone else but each other. However, we do have very good friends that we can hang out with and have a great time with, with or with out the sex taking place. So by your definition we would be Poly. But we do not love anyone but each other. We have swinger friends that we just hang out with and not have sex. We have B-B-Q's and let the kids play and then the next night we might all play. We exchange B-day gifts and all that jazz. We love them as friends but that is as far as it goes. In fact we have very few vanilla friends left because we get along with the lifestyle friends so much better. Please don't take that first sentence as rood, it's just that read your comment to agree with our outlook on the lifestyle but we define it differently.
am back - spliting up sucks - We would not play with either of the couple if they were divorced. We became swingers so we can play as a couple with another couple. We don't entertain single male or female for the reason we do not want one of us to be playing while the other watches. We would still be "vanilla" with both if they are still in the lifestyle but would treat them like all other singles in the lifestyle when it comes to playtime.
