One would hope. It's now "the lifestyle" and apparently includes every manner of sexual libertine imaginable including those who view swingers (and yes I mean mostly females) as wanton sluts who are borderline nymphomaniacs that lack the capacity or will to say (or mean) "No.".
It would be very interesting to poll women who have been in the lifestyle for a considerable amount of time, say ten, fifteen or twenty years, and ask them if they're ever had to more or less fight a guy off or worse, or if they've ever entertained unwanted advances so as to not rock the boat or harsh the vibe at a swing party. That's right... although "took the money and ran" still seems a bit harsh, considering I don't generate any sort of profit on our events. (Believe me, we debated long and hard about getting involved in an event that required a ticket... but... private venue means it's gotta be paid for). We have no interest in making money off the lifestyle community. Our only goal is to create fun events where people can easily meet others.
For the record, every time we've ever hosted an event, I come out in the red. This one will be no exception. I consider it my contribution to the lifestyle community.
More to the topic..... If someone wants to lie about their age to get into a Young Swingers party... there's nothing stopping them. Their likelihood of getting laid using that approach, however, is pretty close to zero. =)
Being Polite - - I have found that alot of people do not respond to sent e-mails. I have showed interest in several people and offered to send them to a site that I have some pics posted on. I work with the public and have had several people recognize me from swingers sites and I have lost at least 1 job from posting pics. So I do not put pics up anymore. And, at risk of beating a dead horse, (which is a vile and ineffective practice) a joint study by grad students at Princeton and Dartmouth found that 28% of interviewees didn't relate to, or only related a little to their Christian denomination. Now it was a sampling of the population, but given the number of Christians in America, 28% can translate into hundreds of thousands, to millions of Christians out there who don't relate well to their denomination, and can practice their own form of spirituality.
