KUTV News Story on Swingers - News - Ash is my FAVORITE Pokemon trainer! Gotta catch 'em all! Yeah, my DVR is set. Hope it's good. But Deadpool will be better...I hope. [em]Emo_12[/em] And props to MYOHMY for the best Trek meme of the day. He wins the internet this evening as I was watching BBC reruns of TNG when I read his post and spit out a little of my awesome microbrew while laughing. It even impressed Ms. Evil who is the meme QUEEN, and not easily impressed. [em]Emo_84[/em]

Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - attitude and personality to us mean everything. We as another couple on this site, have a good age difference. Me being 24, and him being 42. We are interested in a wide variety of things, so age isn't a problem with us as long as there are mutual interest, good personality, attitude and ofcourse an attraction. Donna & Brian

LDS Swingers Survey - Will any former/active LDS swingers take my survey? - Cool when you going to reveal your results

Swingers dying out? - Is the utah swinger community dying or becoming to needy? - We just really do couple to couple time according to schedules, Tiffs parties when we can ;) there's plenty of people to meet, and haven't planned our full moon summer party yet..lol

Swinging versus poly/open - - I'm speculating here, but it seems the millennial generation as a whole is more open to an open/poly relationship, and it naturally is bleeding into Swingular as more and more younger/ish couples sign up. We started out with very strict rules about emotions for others, ect. Now, we find ourselves on a spectrum where we still occasionally love the "wham bam, thank you mam" aspects of swinging (what were their names again...😁?), but after several years of that, we are now far more interested in developing relationships with the people we meet. Sometimes that means we have really good friends with benefits, however neither of us are closed to the possibility of dating the right person. And I don't believe dating others leads to divorce, however not being honest and failing to communicate certainly does. And that applies to swingers and monagamous couples alike.

Couples oasis or Red Roister - Which do you prefer - "...in advanced stages of their lives or have been ridden way too hard and put away wet on far too many occasions." You say that like it's a bad thing! All I know is that the last time we were at the Red Rooster (admittedly probably 10 years ago) we saw THE largest couple we've ever seen in a swing club (or possibly anywhere else!). By the time they got up the stairs (single file as the stairway is NOT ADA compliant) they were sweating SO hard and were SO out of breath that we made a break for it before they got their second wind and took their clothes off. But you know what, good for them for being comfortable in their own...uh, skin and wanting to get their freak on in front of a small group of geriatric swingers. We did, out of morbid curiosity, scan the obituaries the next day because if someone there that night didn't have a coronary event then surely someone was crushed to death. And yes I'm a BAD person for saying that even if it's due to imbibing a WHOLE Redd's Wicked Apple Ale all by myself, on an empty stomach. Yeah, you heard it here first. The 'Doers KNOW how to party on a Saturday night! [em]Emo_57[/em]

Vegas: Swingers circle or couples oasis? - Which do I prefer - are you saying this from experience?

RECOGNIZING OTHER SWINGERS - Outside of clubs & parties. - A few years back I learned right here in this forum that an upside down PINEAPPLE in your shopping cart was a signal to others that you are a swinger and on the prowl. So most times we are in a hurry while shopping, but when we do buy an pineapple we do set it on it's top in the kids seat part of the cart.. So far I have only ever seen 1 other person do it and I wasn't interested, so I passed. I have spoken to others about this and NOT 1 PERSON I know, knows about this!! So how many of you know this??? Also, I have been asked if I was a friend of ELLIS. (L-S) LIFESTYLE.... I did not get it at first, but this works as well if you already have reason to ask!!! How many knew this???

"Black Ring" or other Lifestyle insignia? - - we use to sell the bracelets at the meet and greets but not that many people bought them... I think that when it comes to meeting new couples and thinking that you are turning them into swingers (not really the case) turns some people on so they don't want to be labeled.... If that makes sense?

KSL Sucks - 3 posted comments deleted by editors of forums - You're right WDSTKCPL, it is not about the truth, it is about money. Viewers = ratings = being attractive to potential advertisers and being able to charge more per second for advertising = more profit. It has nothing to do about reality. That is why the story was so poorly researched and produced. It was not an attempt at doing a real story but rather to do something all the other channels aren't. The truth is far less interesting then the story they created about how swingers lure unsuspecting faithful Mormon men into a seedy underworld of sex and decption, leaving victims of their poor innocent wife and kids. I said it before, they went into this having already decided what the story was going to be before they even put film in the camera, all they needed was a few juicy quotes to take out of context to support the story they had already written in a production meeting months ago. This is why posts that would be pro-lifestyle are being moderated off their message board: they do not support the story they are trying to present. Everybody loves a scandal, especially those with nothing better to do then judge others to make themselves feel better about their miserable, lonely, boring little lives. It has already blown over to the point of not being on the front page of their website. Just remember the famous lyrics of Don Henley: I make my living off the evening news Just give me something-something I can use People love it when you lose, They love dirty laundry Well, I coulda been an actor, but I wound up here I just have to look good, I don
