swingin - thought this site was a swingers site - That's really funny. I thought every forum was about talking about lots of different things from lots of different people. At least, the one's I've checked out are. Nobody is forcing you to read the "non-swing" talk, noboby is even asking you to. If you're scanning the forums and you don't like the topic, pass it by. It's pretty simple. I can't count the number of threads I've personally ignored. I like the threads where people are expressing their views on various things, simply because it's alot easier to see their views than it is to email and ask "hey, what are your thoughts on (insert topic)." It helps me decide if the people are someone that I'll be able to carry on a conversation with. If a person can't stimulate me mentally, there's no chance of them stimulating me sexually.

Swing Clubs in Las Vegas - - We are going to be in Vegas the middle of November for 5 days. Staying at the Hard Rock or Planet Hollywood, haven't decided yet. Are there swing clubs there that you would recommend? Also this is our first time in Vegas, what are the "must do's"? couples with kids - - We have 4 kids, 3 of which are under 3 years old. An 8 year old girl, 2 year old twin girls, and a one year old boy, so we totally understand the frustration that comes along with being loving parents and active swingers. To two worlds aren't always compatable. We have tried in vain to find a good sitter for all the kids, so most of the time we end up swinging when our oldest is off at a sleepover with a friend and the other babies are in bed. Today for instance, my wife and I had our girlfriend over for fun till 5:30 this morning and the kids got up an hour later!lol. So I am up with them taking care of the kids while the women sleep it off. Hard, but a small price to pay for a hot 3-some! Anyhow, as most swinging parents know....get it when you can, and if not....NO BIG DEAL. The kids needs come first. It's only sex after all. Just would like to say thanks to all the hot couples in Utah that have invited us to house parties etc. Some day we will get a sitter and get out of the house! I promise! ~A & J~

Viewers = ratings = being attractive to potential advertisers and being able to charge more per second for advertising = more profit. It has nothing to do about reality. That is why the story was so poorly researched and produced. It was not an attempt at doing a real story but rather to do something all the other channels aren't. The truth is far less interesting then the story they created about how swingers lure unsuspecting faithful Mormon men into a seedy underworld of sex and decption, leaving victims of their poor innocent wife and kids.
I said it before, they went into this having already decided what the story was going to be before they even put film in the camera, all they needed was a few juicy quotes to take out of context to support the story they had already written in a production meeting months ago. This is why posts that would be pro-lifestyle are being moderated off their message board: they do not support the story they are trying to present. Everybody loves a scandal, especially those with nothing better to do then judge others to make themselves feel better about their miserable, lonely, boring little lives.
It has already blown over to the point of not being on the front page of their website.

How has swinging made your marriage better? - - Curious... how many of the previous posters (or anyone on here for that matter) are on their FIRST marriage and have been "successful" swingers for 4-5 years+ ?
Tally those numbers and see if it makes marriages better. Would also be curious about second, third, fourth marriages (but those are harder because a lot have met in the lifestyle and/or came from a marriage that ended in infidelity). Still, have wondered.
