On Premise Swingers Club - SLC - 'Church' Busted for Prostitution Takes Religious Freedom Too Far Church Not What the Constitution Meant By Isa-Lee Wolf Takeaways COMMENTARY | Sometimes you just have to give people credit for creativity. Phoenix police have busted a church called the Phoenix Goddess Temple, alleging that it was actually a front for prostitution. According to CNN, authorities claim churchgoers received sexual services in exchange for "donations." Twenty men and women have been arrested in regard to the church's practices of so-called "neo-tantric" healing; police are still seeking 17 more individuals. What makes this case so interesting is, if the allegations are true, the great lengths of planning undertaken to skirt the laws against prostitution. People tend to believe the First Amendment serves as a blanket protection of religious groups, shielding them from the general laws of the state when laws and beliefs are in conflict. Unfortunately for this group, that interpretation of freedom of religion does not always hold true. Glenn Hudson, a club owner in Dallas with the same perspective, also tried to get creative, calling his alleged nightclub/drug den a "spiritual organization," reports CBS News Dallas/Fort Worth. After his bust for running an unlicensed dance club, he claimed it was actually a youth outreach program, getting the young people of Dallas engaged with their spirituality through dance. Meanwhile, four undercover visits by police yielded 15 separate drug buys. But the Fenix/Darkside wasn't Hudson's only supposed religious group. He also owned a spiritual organization/swinger's club called The Playground, where people could allegedly watch pornography and have sex. The Playground garnered the city's attention for being housed in a building with a "certificate of occupancy for a church, mosque or synagogue." Dallas ordered both clubs permanently closed. Such creativity in using freedom of religion to shield a group from law enforcement can have tragic results. In a much darker example, polygamous sect leader Warren Jeffs sought the protection of freedom of religion to avoid consequences for his abuses of children . His lawyers argued before his trial and he now claims in his motion for a new trial that his "marriages" to children as young as 12 were protected by the Constitution, according to Reuters. Jeffs was convicted and sentenced to life in prison. Religion is addressed in the first clause of the Bill of Rights for good reason. The framers of the Constitution knew what harm religious tyranny caused, and how the beliefs of the minority could easily be trampled by the majority. But trying to hide unsavory acts under the mantle of freedom of religion is an affront to all Americans, the religious and the non-religious. The religion clause is meant to protect that which is most personal, most fundamental: the individuality of a belief system. While arguments like those of the Phoenix Goddess Temple; The Playground; and, particularly, Warren Jeffs, wave the banner of religious freedom, the claims are hollow. Worst of all, manipulation of the spirit of the religion clause is an abuse of the gift of a freedom once unknown in the world.

Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - Posted By: XXXTASYX2 Reply posted on: Jan 8, 2008 - 2:00 pm I guess that means if we were hanging out with you, you would be ok with us talking shit about Rednecks. Are you going to be a "one trick pony" then? To us, if all you have are "Dumb Nigger" jokes or "Dumb Pollock" or "Dumb Chink" etc, etc, it gets boring. Now, if you are like Gunnery Sergeant Hartman who said: There is no racial bigotry here. I do not look down on niggers, kikes, wops or greasers. Here you are all equally worthless.", I don't think we have a problem.

Camper talk - Swing parties in campers have you done it - We love to play with other swingers in our rv. Single males and couples.

Couples Copulating - How the hell do ya match up? - It is the same for probably 85% of us hun. 4 years in the lifestyle and we are still looking for the perfect match up for all 4. Yes, it does happen, but it is not easy to find the right couple and them feel the same way. WAY more times than not, someone is taking one for the team. We have a rule against that, but I am here to tell you that everyone sees something different in everyone.. Very many people get a bit upset when half of the party is very interested and the other half is not. Example: I find a woman at a party very interesting and sexy and she feels the same about me. Well, chances are that my wife or her hubby is not interested. Well, we have been down this road so many times that we just changed our rules to = "OK, have a good time". This sometimes still does not work as the other couple is still in the (COUPLES ONLY) mode... When it hits right and everyone has a great time it makes all the waiting worth it, but until someone lowers their standards you will be part of the 85%.. The other 15% are made up of: We play separately. Everything DOES gel. Hard core swingers and ok, take one for the team. The hardest part is when someone in the "said 4-sum" is not going there and sometimes people feel hurt. What everyone needs to remember is that we DO THIS FOR FUN and we are NOT all exactly what everyone else wants. DON'T TAKE IT PERSONAL...... Remember it's all about fun and excitement. If something doesn't feel right, DON'T DO IT!!!! Just keep on having fun with all the people that share the fun in the lifestyle and before you know it you'll be sitting around the table the next morning talking about how much fun you had the night before....

Friend collectors or swingers - -
I do have a question regarding this as I'm sure I'd be labeled as a "friend collector" based on how many friend requests I send out. My question is, how can you tell who is active vs who is not? The way I've tried to determine this is by sending "blind" friend requests to people I find interesting, and if they accept it, I assume they're active, and I send them a message. Is there an easier way to determine who has at least been on here recently vs those who haven't been on here for a year or longer? I definitely don't want to seem like I'm just a friend collector, but I also don't want to waste hours typing specific messages for profiles when 93% of them haven't been on in years and will never respond, if that makes sense.
There are two versions of a friend collector in our opinion. Version one: You receive or make a friend request with a short introduction. The friend request is accepted and that’s the last you hear from that person. Version two: You receive a friend request that develops into a week or two of conversation, pictures exchanged. and multiple attempts to arrange a meeting are made and they still flack on you. Eventually you never hear from them again but they don’t delete your friendships on the website. In our opinion these are the true definitions of a friend collector.

Swinger & 🦄 Bait - An experiment to attract swingers and unicorns. -
So based on another thread and a little quick and dirty research, we decided to test out the efficacy of publicly displaying obvious signs of a person in the LS to attract other members of the LS. At an undisclosed location in Harmon’s, in the District, in South Jordan 🤫 I loaded a grocery cart with swinger swag. See attached photo. I chose to do this on a Sunday afternoon to filter out more vanillas AND wore a black ring on my right hand, wedding ring on my left. Results: A few weird looks and no LS comments. We’ll retry this at another Harmon’s in Swingerville. AKA: Draper. Help us out peeps, where is the flaw in our experiment? 🤪 More 🍍 maybe? Oh and the unicorn cereal tastes like rainbow cupcake batter. Big hit with our little girl. 🤢
Perhaps we need to "bump" into each other and say "hello!" When is the next "experiment?" We'll be there. That would be awesome and full of laughs! We'd be the only ones in the store to get it.

Extramarital Affairs and the Lifestyle - Where do you stand? - **Bottom line here is can we just stop all the finger pointing, labeling, and judging? Morals are a personal thing and eveyone is entitled to theirs and I\'m of the mind set...don\'t force yours down my throat and I won\'t force mind down yours.** Wrong. No one is interested in passing judgement here. Simply stating the facts as they are. Also, I think that some of us have returned to the cheating vs swingnig morality issue that we agreed earlier was NOT the intended direction this thread was going in. The issue IS a moral one, as someone pointed out. However it isnt whether or not CHEATING is the same as SWINGING. Since the thread has been joined by so many other now (AND I THANK YOU GUYS FOR STEPPING UP AND SHARING!) several differing points of view have emerged. Some \"vanilla\" or traditional people attempt to convince their mates to swing (MALE OR FEMALE) and for whatever eason that partner says NO. That person can not accept this answer for whatever reason, and decides it is worth risking everything they hold dear to swing. We have explored that. On the other hand, other \"vanilla\" people HAVE NEVER, AND WOULD NEVER EVEN ATTEMPT TO BROACH THE SUBJECT TO THEIR MATES. For fear of hearing NO, for fear of divorce...whatever...These same people, as one of our single gentleman pointed out...would look down upon us and label us sinners for being \"SWINGERS\" and all that they quite incorrectly feel that entails, and then in the same breath, go out and CHEAT on their mates. (I know one where she cheated on her husband with the pasteur of their church!) Cheating is actually more accpetable than swinging to a LOT of \"vanilla\" people. To share their mate, agree on the format, and practice an open dialogue about it is unthinkable. To cheat is not. >>TO ADDRESS THE CHEATING SWINGER ISSUE AGAIN<< This was never meant to single out you single guys out there, and I am not going to defend this post, or our stand on it. If you have read our profile, you should understand that we date single men and women almost exclusively! We just prefer to know the TRUTH about your situation, and beleive it or not, in this lifestyle...that is a tall order. As someone else said, that is a choice each of you has to make. We would prefer to know the truth about your situation so that we can decide to say NO for fear of creating hurt feelings and contributing to the end of a relationship that we are not even a part of. My mind will not allow me to justify what my heart knows to be just plain wrong. Luvbugs! ;)

Advice for dipping our toes into D/s - - Sign up for a fetlife account. Go to a munch, if you're really interested then you'll need a sponsor. There are some great groups like the: menagerie, Flog or a lot of groups associated with the path. A lot of swingers usually don't stay.

Game ON....which sign is Hornier...(is that a word?) - zodiac signs of swingers? - I don't believe in astrology or base myself or anybody else upon when during the year they were born, but just for random stats... I'm a saggittaurius. He's a scorpio. I don't feel either one of us fit into the description given for either sign except for perhaps the fact that we're both horndogs. But that's prolly why we're swingers. We're very open-minded adventurous horndogs. :P

New Here - - first off... I admit I Fucked up setting this account in the first place by not setting it up rite. But second... What a bunch of paranoid assholes. Your acting like I came on here using a lie to get in to some body's bed room. If you would have bother reading my post you would have known that we are not currently swingers and that we are learning about the life style and deciding if this is for us. Hell the only reason I posted this post is out of curdasy...
