I think this is another preference thing. It is obvious why a fertile couple would want to use latex condoms. However, since condoms do not prevent disease, they only reduce ones chances of contracting certain diseases, I can see why we don't all use them. Not being in a long term monogamous relationship or abstaining from sex, puts you at risk of catching STD's. Since we are all, as swingers, willing to roll the dice to fulfill our fantasies and derive our pleasures, it's safe to say that some of us are willing to "up the stakes". We, TR, prefer using them, but feel that our odds are still pretty good of contracting certain diseases, namely HPV, even if we do use them. What amazes us is the amount of people that still put 100% faith in condoms. We'll continue taking everything with a large grain of salt. Especially any information coming from the medical world. Afterall the CDC, FDA and Big Pharm have all been so forthcoming, upfront and honest with us. I never fully trust anyone that has financial interest. The bottom line is that, as swingers, we are all adding to the spread of disease by sharing multiple partners. Those that refrain from condom usage are just choosing a better sensation and orgasm over their safety.

Looking for an attorney in the lifestyle - Question - I don't honestly think you would need an attorney. Most swingers clubs opperate as just a house that holds parties. Unless you are serving alcohol you shouldn't need license of any kind. at the door, you have donations, not entry fees. The only place i know that did have an operating license was in San Diego, THAD's. The owner had to file suite against the city and county to get the councilman and law enforcement to stop harrasing him. Anyone that brought alcohol had to put it in a fridge and could take out their own alcohol anytime they wanted, but the helpers couldn't serve the alcohol.

This might sound simplistic, but I have been approached by government agents, school principals, Fortune 500 CEO's and CFO's that are unable to provide a face picture but will email one as you mentioned. Why can't you put your face picture in your private pictures. The only people that would see it is the ones you granted access to? I am given some reasons for this from them, but most stem because of government conspiracy theories. Hoping that is not you. If you can be fooled granting access you can also be fooled sending your picture by email. I don't want to give out my email to single men or newly single men with or with out a wing woman. Assuming you are verified and I haven't checked that, but this would also insure the person you are communicating with that the picture is indeed you.
