Speed dating swinging style - - So the reason we (KOIGIRL) and I hosted it was we were tired of the meet and greets where everyone had their cliques. Also the parties we went to were not swinger parties. Everyone stood around until someone got drunk and then there was drama. Not all parties are like this, but the one's we went to were. So we decided to hold the party.
First, we held it at my place. Second, we screened those who attended. there were young couples and vet swingers. We limited it to 10 couples invited (8 showed). We did have some drinks and refreshments, but once everyone got there people drew a number 1-4. There were two of each number. Based on the number you paired off with the couple with the same number. A timer was set for 20 minutes. Everyone went someplace quiet and just talked. When the timer went off, one group rotated. So those that had 4 went to 1 and so on. After a little over an hour, we went into the family room and had a few drinks and were talking about doing a second round. However, this didn't happen as truth or dare started. Almost everyone was naked. There was a new couple who was shy but even they opened up. If anyone was uncomfortable, there were other rooms. It was made clear that no unwanted advances would be tolerated. There weren't instances of this. People started breaking off and going into separate rooms for fun. Trying to find a fun "lifestyle-nude" resort for a vacation... - any suggestions... which are better.. hedo11, hedo111, desire, etc.. (others) thanks - UTCPL... thank you for the advice of the lifestyle travel site. We went into it, and it looks interesting. So far, it does not look like there are any groups going to HEDO11 during the months of May or June of '08, but I guess we will have to wait and hope.
It what we have been reading, it appears that HEDO11 is more designed for swingers and has a larger area for nude things, sexual things, etc... Hope we are not wrong, but that is how it looks.
We have never been to a place like this, and since this is our first we have decided we want to find a wild and go for it place... might as well jump in head first...

Why are there so many swingers from Utah? - - Do any of these Utah swingers live in or visit St. George? It has been my experience that it's mainly a lot of talk and curiosity but when it comes to anything else, people tend to shy away and back off. Well.... If you think you want to go to Utah to meet these sexy people, we suggest a visit NOT a permanent relocation.
We lived in Florida for 10 years and then moved our family to Utah for 5 years. Its hard to describe how difficult it is to live a "normal" life in Utah because the Mormons control so much of the total "consciousness" in the state. Especially if your wife and kids are Catholic.
Utah is beautiful and the people are nice. However you almost have to go "underground" in order to have real fun and enjoy things that elsewhere are commonplace. The government, liquor laws, and the social interactions are heavily controlled by the Moron church. The mainstream populace, as well as the non-mormon citizens, are heavily influenced by the Church and because its everywhere... it seems normal. Its hard to see what I'm talking about until you get out of there and look back.
Utah is a great place to visit, a great place to ski and play, but its definitely not "The Place" for free-thinking swingers types.
Disclaimer: I grew up LDS in Utah. Graduated from high school and a major University in Utah before moving out of state. Most of my family is still there. Growing up in Zion everything seems normal until you live elsewhere and move back.... then you realize how the Mormon church controls almost all aspects of life there.
We return to go skiing and visiting family multiple times each year. Its a great place to be from.
Now if you live in Utah, there is no need to get all pissed off and write a diatribe about how much you love your state. I love Utah too. I just hate the heavy-handedness and the hypocrisy of the faithful. There is also no need to try to explain how you get along just fine in the Beehive state... I'm sure you do.
Unless you grew up as a Utah Mormon, moved away for an extended time (no, a mission, or a cruise to Mexico, doesn't count), and then moved back to experience the contrast, you don't have a real understanding what I'm talking about.

We view the lifestyle as a multifaceted creature. The sex part being a benefit. In order for a person to want to have sex, they have to be attracted to the other person in some way shape or form.
For some, age is an issue. Should we fault them?? I think not. Just as we've discussed in other threads about D&D, Smoking, Sexual Practices etc. The list is long. I think this has to do with preference. Are some people picky yes. Don't let their decision hamper your good time. There are many couples that this is an issue. Most people's taste doesn't change because someone complains. I say move on.
We don't have an issue with age so much as we do attitude and personality. As some of you well know, I (Don) am very opinionated and love to say what's on my mind. Some don't like that. Some thing I am a prick. For those of you that think that...
