Going out on a limb... - - I'm not sure that what I am about to say has anything to do with this thread,
but I am beyond pissed right now and I feel the need to vent... so here goes.
Why do single males have a hard time?
On another swingers site, a section of our profile states..
"Please be discreet when sending us a Yahoo instant message."
There's nothing worse then having a message pop up on the screen
that says "YOUR WIFE HAS GREAT TITS ARE YOU INTERESTED IN A HUNG SINGLE MALE?"
While showing off your vacation pictures to visiting relatives, friends, etc."
So what happens.... a message just like that pops up.
I type back and say "Why would you send a message like that?"
"Do you have any clue who is looking at this computer screen right now?"
I get back...
"I'm on [swinger site name] and I like your pics... do you want to meet?"
I point out where it states being discreet on the IM and I add
"What the hell is wrong with you sending messages like that?"

Young swingers party - sold out, who still wants to party ? - We'd like to volunteer our luxurious Bountiful Bench sex palace. That's BetaMAX not BAYMAX for you kiddies. Wait 'till you see Park City's realtor extraordinaire and big dick dealmaker Harry Reems (Zeus rest his soul) banging the bejeezus out of Utah's own formerly sweet little Mormon girl Annette Haven. Car (or Jazzy) keys go into the fish bowl at 6pm SHARP and we have extra reading glasses for the lovely ladies to make sure they don't pick their hubby's keys.

We have been in a quad relationship for 2 1/2 years with another couple we met as Swingers. There have been ups and downs, but we are all happier than we have been in our whole lives and we are all closer and more in love with our spouses than ever before. I think it works so well because each marriage has been 20 years plus and the other wife and I(I'm the Mrs) are Bi and in love as well. I would just caution you when it comes to introducing your children into this type of blended family. We live within walking distance of our BF & GF, but have chosen not to disclose the full details of our "friendship" to our children(ages 8 & 15) because we feel that it is hard enough to grow up nowadays under the best of circumstances and other people can be cruel and judgmental. I would not want my child to suffer in any way because of my lifestyle choice. I am not against blending families, it is just not something we are willing to risk. My biggest piece of advice would be to listen to others' advice objectively, but only do what is right and best for YOU and YOUR loved ones because every relationship is different and different things work for different people. Just always be completely honest and open with one another and discuss everyone's feelings whether they are good or bad. Good luck to you guys! Swingers In Uniform - Pay your memorial day respects here. - We would like to give thanks for everyone including both of our fathers who has ever served for our country and would like to have comemerance for the families of all the soldiers we have unfortunatly lost in this war the last war and for the next one (hopefully not anytime soon but i'm sure will happen again ) we would like to take time out of our busy lives for everyone to have a moment of peace to remember our family, friends, and neibors that are still oversea's and have served in the past. any one that has ever served or is still serving now deserves nothing but the utmost respect for what they have done or are doing now for our saftey. they are all brave men and women and deserve nothing less. thanks to those who support them and we hope everyone has a wonderfull memorial day!!!
Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - I think there is entirely too much bickering and bitching in these forums, and not nearly enough fucking....with the exception of Don :P
Everyone here has their own tastes, their own likes, their own dislikes, and no one here is going to fill a need for everyone (again with the exception of Don, who's going to fill something ;) ). Just take what you get, have fun, and don't worry about what others think.

Finding Connections - Do the majority of swingers wait to be approached? - For context, I'm the male of the couple and have been on a single male profile for most of my time on this site. I don't think I've ever actually met anyone for the first time from this website. I send out the occasional email, and I get approached every once in a while, but nothing ever happens. For me, this was a place to stay connected with the people that I met in person, at parties and events and things like that. It has been a much more effective tool for that than for meeting people.
But like I said, I was a single male profile for a very long time. Now that we're on an account together, we might have more luck meeting other couples on here. We'll have to wait and see.
As for being approached... it varies. If it's someone I'm not interested in, I do usually try to reply and let them know that it's not going to work for whatever reason. I don't do that as often for single males, because I've had some bad experiences with them harassing me afterwards, but for couples I personally try to reply. Not everybody does, and I imagine that for some people who get lots of requests it would become time-consuming to reply to everyone.
LDS Survey Results - - Believe what you want to believe, but how can you judge anyone else for their actions or beliefs? So what? you don't agree... no need to get nasty or judgemental of others who believe differently than you do. I venture that since you were once a practicing Mormon, you feel the need to be as judgemental as you deem others in the religion are. Quite sad that you must have had some bad experience with someone who was active LDS which put a bad taste in your mouth. People aren't perfect. Nobody is. One must strive for their best and make their own decisions as to how to live their life. If that means I go to church and serve in callings, I'm not being two faced. I am exactly the same person at church as I am with my friends, both swinger and non-swinger. Do people bring their sex toys to church to use in sacrament meeting? No. Well, they must be two-faced too. Who I am as a core human being is not defined by us having extracurricular bedroom activities. There is no lying or deceitfulness. You may think it's wrong, but my husband and I (and several other LDS swingers we know) are comfortable with our choice to play and can still be decent moral people. I don't wish to argue, just wanted to voice that I don't feel ANYBODY has the right to judge.
