Western Caribbean Cruises in Feburary (anyone going) - Feb. 21st Carnival freedom - Mar. 1st RCCL Independence - Just want to know if any one is going and wants to meet up on these two cruises in Feburary,
The first is on Carnival Cruise Line's the Carnival Freedom leaving Ft Lauderdale on Sunday Feburary 21st to the Western Caribbean for 6 days,
The Next one we are taking while we are already there on Mar. 1st is on RCCL Independence of the Seas also to the Western Caribbean for 6 more days,

BDSM and Swingers? - Where does BDSM fit in the swingers' world... your thoughts and experiences? - Our experience (almost 30 years in the lifestyle) is that the kink community and the swinging community don't mesh all that well. Sure there are some swingers who are into BDSM but by far most people who practice BDSM aren't swingers and more than a few actually look down on swingers (funny, if you think about it) for having consensual sex with multiple partners (with or without whips and chains).
We've dabbled in very light BDSM a time or two and found that it DEFINITELY isn't our thing and other than maybe a little spank on the ass during doggy style sex it isn't the thing for about 99.9% of the swingers we've met.
But look around a bit and you'll find a few swingers who like to play act BDSM on occasion and perhaps even a few who actually practice it as a lifestyle along with their swinging.
Is it a “preference” or is it “ discrimination” - - Discrimination can be against non-physical attributes as well (Political and religious are the two most obvious nowadays.) But I would call almost everything else a preference, at least as far as swinging is concerned.
One of the biggest hurdles we found when we first entered the lifestyle was people who were upset that, for whatever reason, we didn't want to fuck them. Their mindset was, "We're swingers and you're swingers so what's the problem? Let's fuck!" We did, eventually, come to the realization that in some instances our first impression, based on looks or whatever, could be overcome, in time, by getting to know people better and eventually finding a different kind of attractiveness that trumped simple physical attraction. Why are people not answering? - - I agree totally. The most aggravating are those who send an email expressing interest, you reply courteously and never hear from them again. Might as well reply to their email with " Take a long walk on a short pier", or "Kiss my ass" for all the good it does. And those who do it know who they are...even more disgusting are those who do answer emails, schedule a meet and then disappear, never to be seen or heard from again....or they do schedule a meeting and never show up....(how many cups of coffee is a realistic amount of time to wait? ) then you realize you have been "had again". Swingers clubs in Amsterdam - - I was just in Amsterdam a few months ago and Tinder actually worked really well. Also going to bars or clubs works well because lots of people on vacation wanting to get wild are there as well.
If you are looking for a couple or to strictly swing there is the "Candyclub" and "Paradise Club" I haven't been to either since the Mrs was back in the states but I was told by some friends that either of those can be great. Most of the people you see no matter where you go will be anything but dutch. Amsterdam is a melting pot of nations and you'll see people from all corners of the world.
As for places to stay "The Albus" is centralized in the city and all the fun things to do within walking distance. Getting around in a car is not needed and actually would suck way more than just riding a bike, walking or just taking the very inexpensive public transit.
If you are looking for some unique fun that you can't really get in the states the Red Light district has live sex shows that were hilarious and very well done for $40/person you won't get any action but it was well worth it and the girls we were with LOVED it. Also I've been told that the prostitutes are highly regulated; are tested daily to be STD free; and are open to couples. They are also drop dead gorgeous. You can see them as you walk down the street. The ages range from 21 all the way up to 60. All you need to do is wave to them they will come out and you can do whatever. I myself can't give an opinion on if it's worth it to get a prostitute or not since it isn't my cup of tea, but the better half of a couple I was traveling with said it was worth every penny.
