Mardi Gras 2007!!!!! - Its never too early to plan - A group of people from Las Vegas have worked with a hotel in New Orleans and set up the entire hotel for a huge swingers gathering at Mardi Gras for 2007. Married men, solo time - What do you think? - Swingers talk a lot about commitments and open relationships. However they are in a minority position when it comes to numbers. If you are married and want a divorce and your partner will not give you one, should you be forced to have her approval to swing? It is easy for us to say do this or do that. But some things are not easy to do. I spent 10 years being emotionally separated from my wife before my divorce. Due to certain circumstances, divorce was not even a consideration during that period of my life. But for me, sex with others was not a consideration either. However, I sure understand why some men would make it an option. We all have opinions and there are no easy answers and no right or wrong ones that are set in stone. There are only the ones that are right for you. It sounds to me that you have already made up your mind though.

The CDC tells you that more pitbulls are prone to abuse. You are trying to justify your hate, by reading what you want. So if you need to justify your hate of pit bulls, with the CDC stats, would you also do the same against, blacks (drug dealers), whites (serial killers), asians(little dicks), native americans(drunks)? I don't buy it. It just stereotyping pure and simple.
TR, I was trying to make a point that people use the raw statistics to justify their point. Seeing as I had a Pit Bull and now an Am Staff, and play with them all the time, I don't think you can say I hate them. And NO. I don't believe the CDC either. At least not till they can prove to me that WITHOUT human influence, the Pit Bulls tend to be more dangerous.
Yes, it is stereotyping. As I said, it has some basis in the fact that there are a few that people have run into. However, when looked on as a whole, it might not show the same light.
Divorce rates - How do we compare - My husband and I began swinging together after a month of dating after I, the wife, suggested it and have now been happily married for over 3 years and together almost 4. Doesn't always have to be a pushy husband or a doomed marriage. How about 2 people who love sex and watching their SO be pleased by others? Good communication and a healthy amount of trust and security help as well I suppose. But giving a negative stigma to Swingers that our marriages are doomed seems silly. We've met plenty of people here and while living in San Antonio that have done this for years and continue to have wonderful relationships.
