At what point do you out yourselves to family and friends?? - - Most of our long-term friends know we've always had an "open relationship" (and the guys are all jealous LOL), and a couple of my wife's close girlfriends know about the nature of the "clubs" we go to on weekends sometimes. (We've even managed to play with one or two of those friends ;) ) As for family, we'd never tell either side. Hers would have a real hard time I think, my siblings are younger than me but not kids anymore and probably wouldn't care. I'd say both sides would be comfortable with a "don't ask, don't tell" philosophy. Just a comment on Dr. Ziggy's post - we're the "live & let live type," and we're not at all ashamed of what we do. We wouldn't care if the whole world knew if it didn't affect our lives, but the reality would be very different, I'm sure. A new swing friend once asked how I'd feel if our kids became swingers one day. My response was that, if they were making a responsible decision when they did so, that I'd hope they find as much enjoyment in it as we have. He said that was the first time anyone had ever given him that answer, and it was the one he was looking for.

fantasy football league free trying to get only swingers in leag - free autodraft fantasy football league - Lol, I can't even find the league...I signed up, but can't find it...

swingtown - a new show on cbs - I watched it and I loved it too. I have an issue with them showing swingers as predatory and also the widespread drug use. However, like others said, drug use like that was rather prevalent at the time. Oh well, I am a fan and plan on watching or recording it every week.

Damn Utah couples! :) - - SWINGING8869, I agree some mormon peeps are cool. I just don't like the Church's agenda. In order for it to be carried out, it requires people. So, there are plenty of shithead zealots out there. LOL! On the swing side of the house, It doesn't even apply, because you can't be both a swinger and a active member of the church. I was only referring to those that are actual members of the church and actively seek to make all people comply with their dogma through unconstitutional legislation. Like the people that water down beer, disallow gambling penetration porn and stem cell research etc. I wasn't referring to any the swingers here. :-) Kinbaku, I am sure there were some horny bastards before the Greeks LOL. -D-

Orlando freaks - Orlando swingers - You should stop by Secrets Resort. Its about 20 min from you. If you haven't been its defiantly an eye opener.

US based Hedo-Like Resort - Could there be one in the US? - So, why has no one built such a resort in someplace like Vegas, Florida, They built in Florida... more that 20 years ago. --> http://www.paradiselakes.com/ Paradise Lakes is 90% swingers and well know in our area as such. The only difference between this place and Hedo is sand..... and we hate sand.

Swingers Dares - Text for cards in the game - We've asked and they are Ok. We don't drink that much either, just enough to be silly & happy. We do like it when the party is always on... So far so good. Any more suggestions for text in the cards? HMMMM RDY... that one is going in... it's been written!!!

Swingers dying out? - Is the utah swinger community dying or becoming to needy? -
These things come and go in cycles, like hairstyles or the ozone layer. I'm sure if you hang around for another five years someone will have another house party. Just be patient. Or...you could have a house party. That might work, too.
Oh...I hope hairstyles don't change again...Ms. Karma and I really like ours right now!

couples gf? - has any couples thought of this or had/have a gf -

is it wrong of me to believe that no girlfriend of a couple should expect anything beyond sex?
nope. I think the same... if a girlfriend expects more, then she is just setting herself up for a broken heart and disappointment.
It's not that easy. What if the man falls for the girlfriend. It is possible to love more then one person romantically, it happens all the time. Even friends of mine who have cheated on their wives, still love their wives, it's not just sex to some of these men. Sometimes I wonder if "Swingers" or "lifestylers" get so paranoid about falling for someone that they miss some of the fun that comes with sexual play with those you care about or ...cough...love. Love isn't something that is always controllable or a feeling that always can be tamed. I've read these posts for years, and it happens all the time in the lifestyle. Couple "A" plays with single male or female, they play often, soon one of the couple is in love with the secondary, then all hell breaks loose. I just asked myself, why? That person you fell in love with originally is still the same person, they may love someone else as well, but they in most cases still love you as well. Shut down the social conditioning that tells you it's wrong! So is swinging by the way if you listen to those religious cultural voices. Talk it over with your spouse, let them know it's okay to feel what ever they want to feel. Keep those communication lines open, and often the "fallen" partner will realize they love two and they do not have to love only one person. Sorry for the sermon, but I just cringe when I read these replies where people attempt to deny what makes them fundamentally human. It's okay to love others, even if they are not your spouse. Just remember who you are going home with and who was by your side the last umpteen years.
I used to work for a MORMON sex therapist... his usual statement" Love is easy... for the most part it requires the right emotion and the right impetus.... It's the RELATIONSHIP that is hard." I love many of the bodies/minds that I've touched... but I've never found a satisfaction better than what I've discovered with a husband of 17 years and our two amazing kids. I don't need anything from outside sources but a chance to see "what's out there..." Perhaps that's the real difficulty... analyzing our motives and admitting our jealousies. For example, I consider myself flat chested... It's why I LOVE encounters with buxom women... but I am willing to admit that my interest comes from a place of jealousy ... I don't ignore jealousies...I use them to my advantage. I am not girlfriend material... Monogamy bores me. But I do fit in with the group of couples who want full honesty.
