Who started it? - Who/How/How long? - Before we were in the lifestyle, we went to Hedonism. Nothing happened, but it started an itch that I knew I had to scratch one day if I could convince my wife. To Bi or not to Bi. - - Society has imposed a morality code on most of us at one time or another be it through religion or laws. Lets admit it we are animals and although we may not act that way often, sex is one of the most basic animal instincts. Acting on those urges if you are a swinger means you can have sex with others and not fall into the societal guilt and jealousy others may feel. When we meet new swingers this seems to be one of the most difficult things to overcome.

raw statistics can be flawed. You show me stats that say today in LA, 1000 pitbulls attacked children and only 400 were committed by other various breeds. What does that tell you/me??? It says nothing of the circumstance. Were the animals mistreated and trained to attack??? How many pits are trained to fight???? Show me your stats. Stats can be skewed to fit the bias. Show me some.

A Place to Play - I have a new hot topic to discuss - What do you think about getting a group of Swingers together that enjoy the lifestyle and renting out a House where we can have weekend parties? It would only require 15 couples to share the cost of the Rental and maintain it. Just like a Timeshare, but less expensive. It would have to be a place where there would be plenty of parking and everyone would need to sign an agreement that our parties stay discreet. Son running around outside nude or loud music. Just Lol
Black Ring - Who has theirs and how have they caught on? - We have talked about this at parties with our group. Most have no idea about them and those who did said they never worked for them.. We also brought up the UPSIDE DOWN PINEAPPLE in your grocery cart and also the Pineapple flag flipped over.. Most had no idea on them either.. Some say they would try the pineapple in the cart while shopping, but most just say: We'll wait to hear from peeps coming to parties!!
Side note: One of our son in laws wears a black ring in place of his expensive wedding band while at work. One of his friends asked him if he and our daughter were swingers. HE WENT NUTS... Vegas Baby! - Clubs - Purrfect Parties is definitely a Swingers group. We have met so many people in Vegas and that are just passing through from other cities that are in the lifestyle. The get together at the Hard Rock is just to break the ice but you can end up leaving with your wildest fantasy. We live here in Vegas and that has been the best place to meet people. We are on Lifestyle Lounge since Swingular doesn't seem to be big in Vegas. We have also done the Green Door but I wasn't that impressed and there were a lot of single. creepy males. I don't mind single males but not lurky ones. :D
Professionals - - Some of our best friends work in retail and construction trades. Some are "professionals." But it IS relevant to how we interract and what everyone's expectations and comfort levels are.
If we were construction workers or farmers (for example), we wouldn't give a rat's ass who knew we were swingers. But our livelihoods could and would be dramatically impacted if it became common knowledge that we are swingers. This means a few things are done differently than they would be otherwise:
1. No public face pics.
2. No public names or detailed descriptions.
3. "You show us yours...we'll show you ours" policy with locals.
4. 99.9% "no locals" play policy.
5. When we do entertain locally, it must be discreet. If we go to a public place, there is no cross-couple PDA.
If it were not for our status in the community as "professionals" being a matter of eating and living indoors for us, we wouldn' have ANY of these guidelines. We know couples who have met couples publicly who are NOT "professionals" who simply could not respect their boundaries and risked their reputations (thus livelihoods) with inappropriate behavior even after being asked not to. It freaking happens! And it is one of the gravest forms of disrespect/disregard for someone to do this. You think I'm gonna walk into the convenience store where your wife works and stick my tongue down her throat in front of her boss? NOT! And it's the same thing for us when couples disrespect our discretion boundaries. It could force us into bankruptcy.
