Sea mountain inn is the best thing ever. We have been going since 2008. We have gone at all times of the year. Holidays are the most fun and usually got something special going on. It's always great weather and unlimited Margaritas all day. There is a play bed and dance area and playing is encouraged all over the property. You have to be naked,no excuses. We have known the owners for quite a while and are wonderful hosts.
We have been a number of times and enjoyed our time very much. It is all about expectations. If you are expecting, Desire Cancun, you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a clean, sexy, safe, and highly voyeuristic experience, then I would highly recommend it. The rooms are very nice, but we have stayed offsite also. Weekends are the more popular. The two complaints I have heard is the price and the food. Price you can judge for yourself. We didn't go there for the food.
We have been three times and loved the place. No clothing is allowed to be worn in the pool area. So nudity is not optional it is compulsory. The resort provides wine and beer all day and fried chicken for lunch. The owner Dewey roams the property pouring alcohol on folks private parts then asking others to lick it off. He also pours strong drink into the mouths of those by the pool.
There is no pressure to play with anyone you wish not to engage. At any given time during the day on a Saturday there are at least 5 couples having sex in the pool or by the pool.
Then each morning the pool is given a scouring not ever seen at any other resort.
Go, you will love it. Ask for room 4, or 11. Both have views of the pool or hot tub.

Absolutely love that place. Love that being nude is mandatory! It takes about 5-10 min. when you get there to calm the nerves & just let go, but when you do it's awesome. Some may say, there's more older people there, the pool is to small, the foods not great, the owner promises prizes for contests he doesn't quite deliver on..... Honestly it's all the way you look at it and the desired outcome you have. We were worried we would be the only younger couple there so we went with friends who we know love to party & have a good time. The first time we stayed off resort to see first hand what the rooms were like and then wished we had stayed on site(the rooms are nice & beds amazing). Food is food, honestly we hated putting our clothes back on to go elsewhere to eat so fried chicken hit the spot. The pool is smaller but totally adequate. The owner is hilarious if you get his humor. We went over St. Patrick's day a few years back and there was a costume contest followed by a "Huge Fireworks Show" as he put it. It turned out to be 1 of the smallest fountain fireworks we had ever seen and it was hilarious. One of the coolest things there is that because it's mandatory nude there is no way of distinguishing who has money, no way to hide behind clothing appearances & you can truly see the human body is beautiful in all forms. People are so nice there. Have you ever been to a resort and want to just fuck your husband or wife right there in front of everyone? Ever see another couple, start kissing and playing and then wish you didn't have to go to a private area to play? Ever been dancing naked at a club next to a sofa where people are fucking? You can there & it's awesome! Our favorite part(a secret the simples^^^^ told us before we ever went is that you can get a direct flight from salt lake, pack nothing(or maybe a tiny backpack with a change of undies) show up for a weekend leave with the same clothes you wore there and when you wake up Monday morning back home in bed it was like an awesome dream. A very no stress mini vacation. How often does that happen? We would give it a must go at least once in your life rating and we can't wait for our next trip!
We have gone to Sea Mountain a few times and have always had a great time. We have stayed there and off property. There are advantages to both! The rooms are nothing special but they are clean and handy if you want to get away from the crowd! We don't go for the food and we always bring our own alcohol!
Is it overpriced? $200+ a night for a US location? Vegas is cheaper.

Vegas doesn't compare. And we were in Vegas last weekend. Our room was $285 a night. No food, no naked folks running around. No public sex allowed. Well, Mrs. Simple was naked all over the city.
SMI has mostly well built sexy folk. However there are all shapes and sizes. When we go,we usually fly into Palm Springs. There are no tie down fees and fuel is not over priced. They have a car rental in the lobby. Though we will take a cab next time as you never leave SMI once you arrive.
When we have flown commercial we fly into long beach and drive from there. It takes two hours from the airport.
Desert hot springs has at least three other nude resorts. All the others are nude not sexual. I think we paid closer to $300 a night but we felt it well worth it. We open the double room doors when we wake up, have sex on the bed to start the day as folks walk by and watch.
Drink by the pool all day play at least 4 more times. It is difficult not to stay Horner with so many sexy people having sex all day. Very common to be talking to your neighbors and they just go at it while they carry on a conversation.
Definitely the most sexual place we have ever visited. You can have sex anyplace but the dining area. We actually went on thanksgiving one year. We all sat around the table naked and had thanksgiving dinner together and each person shared what they were great full for. Crazy day.

Just checked their site, they have a "limited time special" for $239 "most week nights" And it says the rate for double occupancy is $250 - $799. And $75 per for additional persons. NOT inexpensive. But given its location, near Palm Springs, I doubt that staying offf site and paying the $39 - $239 fee for what would seem to be a day passs (I giuess the actual price depends on whether there's anyhting special oging on that day/evening) would be any more inexpensive. One person wrote that the mandatory nude at all times policy is great because you cxan't tell hwo has money and who doesn't. But at those prices, I'd say that there won't be anyone there who's actually what anyone would consider "poor".

It is in desert hot springs. Close from Utah for flights, and better than the desires per say as you can play anyplace except in the dining area.

We had a great time last January, even though the palapas on one of the buildings caught on fire!
Checked out the site and I love how they have a Buddha statue by the pool watching all the naked people...I have finally been enlightened.
