We have been to the meet and greets too and we don't go very often and have not been to one in ages. Maybe twice a year we hit one but when we do go we pretty much introduce ourselves to everybody and if we missed someone we didn't mean to. You do have to be proactive to be successful in meeting people or at least reactive in a positive fashion when someone interesting approaches you. We have been to Habits and ended up leaving with someone, but we had already had a bit of friendly back and forth somehow with the people we left with or it was someone we met previously and had at least chatted a bit. We think we have only been there maybe five times altogether. Well, maybe Mr. Delicious will put on a collared shirt just in case we head that way but for now we are thinking maybe the Green Pig sounds fun. [/quote]

Sounds dandy. For a limited time Mr. Delicious is sporting a now two week old full beard to contrast his shaved head. Part of a guy thing going on with some of his friends. Getting his Viking on which like his Norse god last name came to him through his family's Dublin roots going back to Norway before attacking or we mean landing in Ireland and becoming truly Irish. Single Male Market - Need feedback on a feature idea. - So maybe the couples and females who use this Male Market, need to register as do the males, and put out a new pic every 3 months too..... Not sure about that aspect of the proposal as I do know a lot of people in my area and do not really want my face out there for anyone who signs up to see. Perhaps that Idea of allowing us to manage the photos like we do now to reveal to specific people.
Wait, register males, couples and females, to register or be a member of the male market, control pictures as to who sees them, Hey that sounds like what swingular already is..... It is called membership..... or subscription.
There are way too many who rather than allow or accommodate single males, that are REAL and participate and mind the rules of etiquette, set by the couples, who are doing everything to exclude them.
I am a great guy, and I know several others here from meet and greets, who really fit well with couples or single ladies. I have had some great and regular fun with members of this site.
I admit there are several really jackass guys on here looking for God who knows what, but there has to be a better way, than to segregate the "single guys" from the rest of the heard.
Some casual meetups I have had on here, were kind of sketchy. Going in, I had some of the same concerns about the couple that many of you say you have about the single males on here. Turned out it was great fun for all involved. I have had some really rotten couples here who play the same games that are complained about on single men.
We are all adults on here (supposedly) and should be able to be aware and savvy on here that we don't have to have mother or father always looking to protect us from every little peanut, fall or stumble by writing really hard software, then get all kinds of complaints about their work that does not match each and every special member.
This lifestyle is not an exclusive right for the "Elite talk a lot, do nothing Swingers" who seem to make all the rules. There seems to at times to be a lack of civility. This site has served me well for a lot of years. I just don't know about the reason for all of this new proposal, what is really behind it, and why now.
Don't even reply with dumb, sarcastic reply's, it is my opinion, and I don't want to hear from the crackpot regulars, as much as from those who have positive responses to the problem...

Where to go, what to do. - Non club activities - Is now a good time to bring up the wrist bands, distinctive rings,and necklaces of christmas past???? Sort of joking however the idea of non-club get meets has allot of potential, look at the summer campout for instance and once there was a bowling party in a closed venue that was a blast, we went to a swingers super bowl party that was awesome, Lava Hot Springs Takeover was too much fun so we definitely think there is room for different social activities. Now on to how to recognize peeps, good luck with that one as a community swingers seem to have been trying to figure that one out since long before we started recreating.

Does any one know of any adult theatres you can play in in the S - ADULT THEATRES - I knew a couple back in the mid 1970s that knew the people that owned an adult theater in Scottsdale Arizona that made a film of the two of them getting it on and the theater owners agreed to show the movie in between the two featured presentations for one night only and the couple went and sat in the theatre with the rest of the people there to enjoy adult movies. The husband told me how hot it was for them being on the big screen and sitting in a dark room full of mostly strangers all getting turned on watching them having sex. They were also the first swingers I ever met that called themselves swingers. I was a trumpet player back then earning money with the trade and traveling a bit and this couple were also musicians. They hint, hinted and then just said I was welcome to join them for some play but at that time in my life I was in fairly serious relationship and the lassie I was seeing would not have like that so it never happened. It was one of those moments that puts a thought and then a fantasy inside you about what could happen in a secure relationship. I had a gig so I missed the one time showing of their movie as well.
Of course years later after finding the love of my life I told Mrs. Delicious about it and we used to fantasize about doing the same thing. That might actually be a really hot theme night for a party. Secure a private venue in a large screen theater and then do a little independent film night. I would guess the owners of the theater would say no sex inside, seeing as to how they probably use the theater for a more general audience and need to keep it sanitary but once motivated I think people could find another venue to pursue the next step.

The Black Ring - How to spot a swinger - LOL We've been doing this for a LONG time and it cracks us the fuck up to see these frequent "ways to tell if someone is a swinger". We've heard everything from a white rock in their front yard to an upside down pineapple in their grocery cart. Even stuff like wearing an ankle bracelet on a particular ankle or a single earring in a particular ear. Bottom line is, in this world of almost instantaneous and pervasive communication even if there WAS a ubiquitous symbol of swinging acceptance almost nobody would display it as they would quickly be outed to people they might not want to know about their little hobby. We've gone to conventions and hotel takeovers many times in the past and it usually took about a day for any vanillas nearby to learn what the wristbands mean and start gawking (or even trying to sneak in) and for the swingers to start hiding them under watches and bracelets or removing them entirely so as not to be identified. Another swingsite we're on even started a new smartphone app using GPS that alerts you if there is another swinger nearby. Almost nobody uses it in fear of somehow being ID'd as a swinger.

Swinging is almost always a relationship with minimal commitment (commitment/relationship is wide open to the participants to dictate as they wish) required since the participants are usually already in a committed relationship. Here it branches, and there are three ways to go.
1 Swingers that are in a committed relationship (married or SO or single) and don't want someone that would interfere with that base relationship. Just enjoy some recreational sex with others (the vast majority). If they want to grow it beyond, then go for it and enjoy. (Least restritive of the bunch)
2 Cheaters and yes boys and girls, there are a lot of gals that fit this catagorie even if they are way outnumbered by males.
3 Married or otherwise in a not good relationship looking to explore more and find everything hunky dorie again. NOT A GOOD place to go.
Swinging is a place to go for recreational sex and then make the relationship/friendship whatever you want out of it. Anywhere from none to good friends.
