The Very Nicest Turndown - Tell US - We have had our share of turn downs, but most we have found people just don't respond. From the few that actually took the time to respond I can't remember anyone doing more than saying no thanks. We did save one response to a rejection letter we sent, the only one ever saved. She wrote an entire 1 page letter about how we should not judge books/people by the cover. It was quite a read. Club Zu Key West Rant - - Here's our take on Club Zu or as the locals call it Club Pu. It's the worst bar on the island and it's only a matter of time before it closes. The only reason they've been open as long as they have is because they try to high pressure sell you into paying the $200 so you can go into the back room which never has any people. We've been in there 4 times and will NEVER go back. The owner is the rudest person we've ever met and it trickles down to his bartenders. No smiles, no hellos, no nothing, just give us your fucking money. He wouldn't know what a swingers club was if it smacked him on the back of the head. Don't believe the bullshit about not wanting customers to get to drunk so they don't have premium liquor. The truth is they don't have a full liquor license and don't have ANY liquor (the owner didn't want to spend the extra money to buy one) so they serve you beer or "wine based liquor" what the fuck is wine based liquor???? And they over charge you for it, how about $40, not including tip for 2 glasses of house wine and 2 of their fake margaritas which were nothing but sour mix. Nowhere in Key West do drinks cost that much and taste so shitty. And the reason they have ESPN on the television screens is simple, the owner is clueless about what he's doing. They used to have porn on the screens, but they like to keep the front door open... so people walking past the bar could see the TVs and someone complained. So the genius that owns the bar... instead of just "closing the front door" he decided to put on ESPN in his so called "swingers bar". Brilliant move, that will sure set the right mood. Also, nothing like rap crap playing to loud coming out of the speakers to set the mood for swinging. This place is so bad it's laughable. The final straw for us was the last time we were in there we ordered a beer (couldn't handle anymore $10 glasses of sour mix) and went to sit down on one of the lounge chairs... I sat down and the chair was wet, put my finger in it to see what it was and it was urine!! Someone had pissed all over the chair!! That explains why the club always smells bad and everyone calls it Club Pu!!!! All we can say is, buyer beware!

Tired of Politics and Religion! - - Let me reiterate what others and myself have said.. I also find it funny that people are "tired of reading about politics and religion", when they have the choice whether to read and/or participate in controversial topics. What I have noticed, to the contrary of the minority that complain about these subjects, is that there is far more participation (reading and or writing) with controversial subjects from the majority of this site. This includes the very people that complained. Shit, I mean they actually read the title of the thread, clicked on it, read through it and then take the time to post their judgment of everyone else participating, instead of taking that same opportunity to post in a sex thread or start another topic they deem acceptable for the website. I find a lot less of my friends participate in the forums and on the site all together, when all the forum subjects are sex oriented. Many people, as well as I, find this website to be dry and boring when the only topics in the forum are, "Hey Look at my wife's gaping cooter" or the 10,418, 231, 121st thread about how much some insecure married dude hates single males. This is a sex site and not a single male bashing site right??? HAHA! So instead of going in those threads and bitching and whining like a fucking baby, I create my own... See how that works? Anyway, It's interesting to see in any social group, that there is always someone that tries to limit the group to the boundaries they think acceptable for the entire group. Why are we trying to put conservative limits on a liberal lifestyle? I think boundaries should only be set in matters of legality, privacy and consent. What's interesting is that there are so many conservative swingers here, that would push their ideas of morality and within the rules of this website, try and stifle others freedom of expression and speech. Single Men Meeting Couples - Are Single Men Treated Un Fairly In The Lifestyle - Why would single men be interested in hanging around swingers if they could just go out and date? There is a good reason: Prosexual people have a different set of values than the usual muggles we meet out in society. Being around them feels good, especially with the openness about sexuality that swingers have. And having a threesome is wonderful! LDS Survey Results - - Wow.... just wow. I would have hoped that since we have all made the decision to swing and embrace the lifestyle, that people would be accepting of one another. Does it really matter if someone is Mormon? Is it truly necessary to bash someone's religion to that extent? There should be no place or tolerance for that here. My husband and I are active LDS, and I am not ashamed to say so. We both attended BYU and we have no guilt. We took a marriage prep class in college and the teacher told us that whatever happens in the bedroom stays in the bedroom. As long as both parteners are comfortable with what is going on and nobody is being degraded, it's all good. We view extra partners as a sex toy... nothing more. We keep our lines of communication open, we only play when our marriage is strong and we are not having any disagreements. It has actually saved our marriage and we are doing better than we ever have before. We both hold prominent callings in our ward. I thought this survey was very interesting... we haven't had much opportunity to meet other LDS swingers in so.cal (though we hear they do exist), so seeing the experiences and beliefs of others elsewhere is very nice.
