The definition of cheating - - Interesting discussion. Certainly from a relationship standpoint the classic definition of cheating is being with someone other than your partner physically and/or emotionally. As swingers, however, we often hold ourselves above others and fall back on the lying and/or sneaking around aspect. Personally I feel that being dishonest with the person you hold most dear in this life to be the essence of cheating for me. When information is withheld you take away that person's prerogative to choose whether or not to stay in the relationship with you based on your actions outside of the relationship. There are a million ways people rationalize cheating. I find that a person's attitude towards cheating is a very good litmus test for the depth of their character. Now should we talk about cheating on a test or cheating other people out of their hard earned money? How about cheating on your taxes or at a poker game with friends? At what point DOES cheating become morally reprehensible or should it be "all's fair in love and war" and "every man (or woman) for himself"? Or as SIRNEWBY asserts, is self deception/lying/cheating really the only valid metric? Or did I misunderstand your point, SN? It would be interesting to get feedback from people (I'm sure there are plenty) who've been cheated on.
OUTSOURCING - - I thought this was very humorous. My wife and i have been swingers for a while and she is not currently playing the game. while joking around about she not being able to keep up with me she tells me "That is why I outsource you". Dancing in SLC - - As a club promoter for many years in SLC, there are some great clubs. Depends on what type of music, atmosphere and crowd you are looking for.
Habits is a hit amongst the many on this site and is a great club I have worked with since its opening. The owner doesn't want it to be known as a swingers club, but it is the only upscale higher end club (with a dress code) where you will find very classy and sexy people. On any Fri and or Sat you will find about 20-30 couples from this site that frequent it. Music consists of the top 40 and some hip hop with some oldies (70's - 80's) thrown in the mix from time to time. They do have dinner menus.
Port-O-Call is a great one on Friday nights and you will find more of the college crowd there. Top 40 and techno. Be there before 10:00 or you will wait in line for about an hour plus. They do have dinner menus.
Area 51 is more of a Fetish type club that have many different parties. Music consists of more techno and house.
Sky Bar on the 13th floor of the RedLion downtown is a great club as well. Just talked to the owners of that club this week and they have a great crowd and many sexy and classy people they say. They also have dinner menus.

We have discovered that there is a better chance on a lifestyle cruise or a resort such as Hedo and Desire. Pre-covid, Vegas has a lot of hotel take over events where it happened a lot. But there are also some hotels and casinos here that are magnets for swingers. We love going to upscale casino bars and letting my dressed up wife go into alone while I stay close by. It never fails that a man will eventually approach her as she sips her martini at the bar.
Poky - - There is a swingers party at the Ramada Inn tonight...I have to work otherwise I'd be there; It should be fun.
Vegas - - We're going April 9th-11th. Don't know what is and isn't open but we're hoping to find a room at The Sands or The Landmark or maybe The Dunes. We also plan on checking out the Liberace and Elvis museums and hitting that tiger magic show and FINALLY seeing either Wayne Newton or Frank Sinatra in person. We think they're playing at either The Stardust or the Desert Inn. Also can't wait to go to The Red Rooster as we hear it's SUPER classy, upscale, and a great place to meet lots of hot sexy swingers.
Too old ???? - - I am calling it the way we have seen it. We both started playing around in lifestyles just under 40 years ago. The computer and internet wasn't that big a help, you had to find people at bars and clubs and places couples were known to hang out. You really walked gently then but word didn't travel as fast so you could maintain anonymity much easier. With chat rooms on the net and websites just for lifestyles, it became easier to meet people but also required more caution. We had a blast meeting couples, making friends and exploring all kinds of lifestyle activities. Cyn was a doll and always being chased. I guess I wasn't too bad either since I was never left out. Under 10 years ago we took a break. During that time most of our favorite clubs went away, the news media made big issues about swingers, alot of our friends moved, died or divorced. We decided to try getting back in because we missed the friendships with a more open feeling, not necessarily the sex. We came back in our early 60's, just a few years ago. We changed physically, gained a little weight, went grey, lost some hair... most of the things that happen about now. We posted some nice current pics, updated our profile honestly and waited. A few nice gentlemen responded to Cyn, but even then, it was lean pickings. My opinion is that we are all selfish animals, including Cyn and I. There is nothing more exciting than a hot, tight young body. The physical attraction fades as we wrinkle, expand and change. Finding other couples becomes difficult and very selective. Putting up those bigger numbers on our age does not help. Posting honest pics is a double-edged sword. While it's good to be honest it also deters people away. We have found meeting people whenever possible makes the best connection, the way it was in the beginning. When you let people meet you, learn what they are really like and they see what you really are, the relationship seems to solidify quicker and without having to fake it in any way. Its hard, miserable and frustrating after all the fun we had in younger years, but our bodies aged, not our minds.
