Swingers Next Door! - ABC news story on Swinging! -
I wanna watch a reality show where those two polyg families, the Browns and the Williams, swing and swap wives and stuff.
You would actually share the Browns with others? I thought you liked to keep them to yourselves?
Elusive FMF - Your thoughts? - Hello All!
Forgive the long post - but I simply wanted to respond to what VP stated SO well.

Here's a question:
Is it that a single swinging female is all that elusive, or is it just more likely that a woman who's secure enough in who she is to have a liberated lifestyle is probably more likely to have a boyfriend / husband? Thus making it a simple fact of life and society that the whole concept of a liberated single female is for the most part a myth or at best a temporary state.
Guys are programmed to be tomcats. There comes a time when "every boy must become a man". But little girls are taught that "sex is something only for your husband".
Society accepts single males prowling about generally - that's why when a single guy get shat upon in a swingers site, the resultant wailing bears striking resemblance to a chorus of whining mules. They don't get it: "They don't like me? Why? I'm hot..." Now if a woman were to go out there looking for it, then she's branded a home-wrecker, "slut", "whore", or worse. Tell me you'd sign up for that cruise?
IMHO: I think when a couple starts kvetching about the lack of single females, they might do well to have a look at why it is that they want just a woman and not her S/O. Chances are, deep down those same paradigms that are causing the lack of single females are deeply rooted in their own attitudes.

From the "not so elusive" Te:
From my perspective I would have to agree with these statements wholeheartedly. I
swingin - thought this site was a swingers site -
WAAA1101,
Ease up dude. The point most of us are trying to make is that we are all here for fun and sex, just as you are. Realize that we all go about making it happen differently. We don't all share the same interests. We don't all meet on the same level. While you maybe content coming here and talking only about sexual subjects, others may find riding motorcycles, politics, science, religion, crafts, guns, computers, pool, parties or many other subjects fascinating. It's not cool of you to force your idea of "fun" on the rest of us.
When you come here stick to the threads that interest you. I for one avoid threads involving explicit photos because I find many of them tasteless. I am more of a "leave it to the imagination" guy. However, I do not go into those threads and tell those that enjoy them to knock it off because I don't like it. I just leave it to them. You see? All we are saying is... If you don't like the content of the thread, move on to the next one. It's really quite simple. Thanks for your understanding and prompt compliance.

swingin - thought this site was a swingers site - Flipped me out...I am in my living room and all of a sudden someone is crying...HA HA HA HA
Safe Sex - How do you (or don't you) protect yourselves? - We now have the rule that we always use condoms. And we are still shopping around for the best ones that work for hubby. He would prefer not having to use them but not enough that he is going to stop. (Side Note: red condoms can have a BAD visual connotation for some guys)
I admit that when we started out we didn\'t use them the first couple of times we played. We then discovered that the first couple we played with doesn\'t use them at all. They had some of the same arguments I\'ve seen posted here. The fact that STD\'s can be transmitted via oral sex, condoms don\'t feel right, etc. I can see those points. But then we found out that they don\'t get tested at all and he picks up random chicks while traveling (with wife\'s knowledge and permision) I think that is the point that makes me the most uncomfortable. Most of the swingers we have met so far are very aware of STD\'s and take some precautions such as getting tested, condoms, etc. But I have seen the statistics on STD\'s in single sexually active people and it\'s like 1 in 4 and most don\'t know they are infected. So he is playing russian roulette in my opinion. We didn\'t know all this before we played with them.
So I guess the moral of the story is to talk with potential partners and ask questions!! For us newbies, it may be awkward and feel like you are being crass, nosy, or killing the spark, but the other couple should be willing to at least discuss it or maybe they aren\'t right for you!!

Singles who are married and cheating - - JenandBrandon: Spot on! If you can't discuss this with your spouse, 1 Don't do it! or 2 End it and move on! Don't drag them down into the gutter of lies deceit and broken trust.
Blueeysinutah: You are honest, and discrete. You're right your kids don't need to see this. But the fact that you are honest with your husband, whether he agrees with you or not (as you are separated and seeking dissolution of your marriage) shows the kind of integrity, so quickly evaporating from our larger society, that is to be commended.
T4REAL69: If you mean to imply that having open sexual relations with others means that as swingers we have no right to define any morals, there are plenty of places in which you may live in your sainted paradise. In our experience the greatest thing we have found among REAL swingers is integrity. This is one of the greatest and most anciently recognized virtues. Without that societies based on social contract of any kind will revert to total lawless brutality. The concept of "The Rule of Law" is a social contract, and has no hold where integrity is absent.
As for our part, we do take self proclaimed singles at their word with the honor system. We appreciate the honesty of those who do tell us about their situation, and decline any opportunities to play with them, as we don't need any of that kind of drama (buckshot anyone?) Even for those who are in the lifestyle and have a "hall pass" we will make a best effort to confirm with all parties that it is ok before we do any play. We do not feel it our place to "out" anyone whom we have discovered as a cheater, as this is something between them, with whomever they are espoused, and with whomever they are involved. If push comes to shove, we will however not hesitate to "throw them under the bus."
Swingers In Uniform - Pay your memorial day respects here. - we would just like to say for all those who are in uniform and are fighting for this great country we salute you you are real class people and we have alot of respect for all of you,and lets all not forget what the are fighting for, your rights to be free to keep peace here for all our families.and once agian we salute all of you!!!!!!!!!!
"Couples" catergory rather than "Single Female"? - Which Swingular category is appropriate? - How you post is up to you. Lots of women post both ways. I guess it depends on your point of view. Most swinging couples don't think of us singles as swingers and maybe we are not technically. I cannot think why a married man would ever think of posting as a single but I admit that I have not looked either. If they do it should be posted clearly in their profile also.
But if you are in this lifestyle and single you may want to meet single women and hope that a really personal relationship may develop with one. This lifestyle is not just about hook ups. In general I would think that as a single swinger I would want to bond with a woman that wishes to live this lifestyle. At least that would work for me. So to that end, finding a single post that is really a married post is always a disappointment. But as long as you are clear in your profile, I say no harm, no foul. On some boards, depending on your level, cannot read the profile. But if a single man can
