Why it surprises anyone that it still exists in this lifestyle mystifies me. After all, we are a microcosm of society, and just because someone enters this lifestyle, it doesn't mean they leave a lifetime of learned prejudice at the door. I don't agree with it, and I'll never accept it, but I'm not surprised by it. If those with a bias do last in this lifestyle, they will eventually learn to accept all people for who they are. The alternative is that they don't last, because the majority of us will not accept them! If we as swingers can help just one other couple or person to become enlightened, then we've done far more than society as a whole. We are by far a marvelous bunch of people. J

Speed dating swinging style - - So the reason we (KOIGIRL) and I hosted it was we were tired of the meet and greets where everyone had their cliques. Also the parties we went to were not swinger parties. Everyone stood around until someone got drunk and then there was drama. Not all parties are like this, but the one's we went to were. So we decided to hold the party.
First, we held it at my place. Second, we screened those who attended. there were young couples and vet swingers. We limited it to 10 couples invited (8 showed). We did have some drinks and refreshments, but once everyone got there people drew a number 1-4. There were two of each number. Based on the number you paired off with the couple with the same number. A timer was set for 20 minutes. Everyone went someplace quiet and just talked. When the timer went off, one group rotated. So those that had 4 went to 1 and so on. After a little over an hour, we went into the family room and had a few drinks and were talking about doing a second round. However, this didn't happen as truth or dare started. Almost everyone was naked. There was a new couple who was shy but even they opened up. If anyone was uncomfortable, there were other rooms. It was made clear that no unwanted advances would be tolerated. There weren't instances of this. People started breaking off and going into separate rooms for fun. Swingers at work... - - My wife and I have had much the same experience. Recently, at my work a long time swing friend of ours that we had lost touch with (moved out of state) got hired to work at my company. At first I thought it could get a bit awkward, but it is all good. Luckily, our friend is very discreet and NEVER brings up anything about it at work.
In the past, we have had to deal with the indiscreet folks that want to babble on and on about this party and who they saw there, but we haven't had to deal with that in several years which is a great thing.

Cypress Cove Nudist Resort & Spa - Information - Cypress Cove is very nice. It is the oldest nudist resort in Florida, but has had many improvements. There are two pools, a hot tub, resturants and a large lake that you can paddle boat in.
The crowd is older than Paradise Lakes or Caliente so you will feel young. There are swingers around, but atmosphere is pretty quiet. The accomodations are very nice, close to the pools and the other activities.
I am sure you will enjoy your stay. We love to go there for a quiet weekend getaway and we do know a lot of other couples in the lifestyle that go there.
