Actually, single "swingers" are a relatively new concept. When my wife and I first started swinging (the late 80's!) there weren't ANY singles in the lifestyle. In fact, it was several years, at least, into the lifestyle before we saw an ad (that's how swingers connected back then, thru ads in cheap magazines sold in porn shops) from a single male. We vividly remember someone passing the ad around at a swing party and everyone marveling at it and wondering out loud how he could enter the wife-swapping scene (that's what many still called it back then) without a partner of some sort.
Yes, the definition of swinger has changed or perhaps evolved is a better word. But there would BE no lifestyle, no swinging, if it wasn't for married, or at least committed couples, opening up their relationship to other people. Swingular would just be an AFF or a Tinder if it wasn't for couples. You might want to consider not getting quite so butthurt and taking your own advice about "show(ing) a little respect". Trust me, the single males who actually ARE successful here are those who do exactly that. If you don't believe me just ask around.

Combining Lifestyle & Non-Lifestyle Friends - - We have both Swinger and non-swinger friends. We have found a few "swinger" friends that we would be "friends" with if we were not in the lifestyle. We have tried to invite these friends to parties that we have SPECIFICALLY specified as "VANILLA". Almost every time we have had our "swinger" friends cross boundaries which makes our "non-swinger" friends (who have non idea about our "lifestyle") go "WTF?!?!?!?!?!?". It has happened numerous times so it's no one in particular. Has ANYONE has success in blending swingers into their vanilla lifestyle? Just askin......

D&D free? - is this an oxymoron? - As I've been pondering all the intriguing aspects of this new world we are entering, something doesn't mesh in my mind.
We live in a nation where billions (at least multi-millions) are spent daily to advertise drugs. This is done because it enables the drug companies to make multi-billions selling drugs. You can get prescription drugs for everything from your pecker to your severe depression about your pecker! And this is only the legal/prescription drug industry - I imagine the illegal drug business is even bigger. Just exactly where do all these drugs go? I suppose a lot are consumed by folks who have minimal concerns about engaging in high risk activities? Hmmm..... swingers?nah? Fact is the math would indicate that there is a lot more coursing through the veins of just about everyone we encounter than just the good ol redwhite&blue!
Same goes for disease. I don't believe the existence of most of it is caused by long-term monogamous relationships. When you are only as safe as the very last physical contact you have and you deal in a world of relative strangers, well, you get the picture.
I hope these are not interpreted to be negative comments. I truly am just trying to figure out the mentality of the profiles I read. It strikes me the whole "d&d free" thing is either a formality/some sort of cover-your-ass disclaimer or just people kidding themselves.
Fly-fishing Swingers - New Swingular Group - Being a bass fisherman, I like the idea of having a fishing partner like the one who was holding the 2 bass or the one that was standing in the water with the spinning outfit. Never had a fishing partner like that but then who would be fishing in the lake? Very short casts and to a very localized target.... then sinking the whole rod reel and all into the honey hole... Tampa Bay area is the most adult friendly city in the USA, more adult oriented businesses per capita than anywhere in the USA...2 nudist resorts (our preferance for swinging is Paradise Lakes, they seem more open to it and have never heard, "OOOOOOOO They are swingers! (with disgust in their voices)" there, but have numerous times at Caliente)...Plenty of Swing Clubs (both on and off site)...and a few theatres where playing is not only allowed, but encouraged and set up for (glory holes, couches, etc)...
