What does Bi comfy mean for a guy? - I wish Swingular had some definitions? - I have listed myself as straight because I am heterosexual. I kind of assumed that bi-curious means you are thinking about trying bisexuality for yourself but have not yet done so and that is not me.
I kind of assumed that bi-comfortable means you are comfortable with some bisexual interaction that involves you personally being sexual, to some degree, with another man and I really am not.
I am not homophobic or bi-phobic. If bi-comfortable means I have no problem with bi-sexuality or bi-sexual people then I am bi-comfortable. I would also be heterosexual comfortable, homosexual comfortable and transgender comfortable.
We really do not have a problem with the male or the female half of a lifestyle couple being bi-sexual. My wife being bi-sexual, if she is attracted to both halves of just such a couple could enjoy having sex with both halves of the couple. We have been there and done that. I would only want to have sex with the women in the room but if the other man is bi-sexual and understands I will not be having sex with him then it is just the same as if he were heterosexual. No means no and yes means yes and in a room full of swingers it would seem the bi-sexual people have a better chance of getting a yes. Host/hostess Party Rules? - - We have not been to a house party with more than 6 people attending (those were really more dinner parties followed by sex or just a play date) for probably more than two years. Some of the aforementioned social events were in our home. We prefer candle light having a nice meal and just a bit of alcohol as in no body getting really drunk and then moving into the bedroom. We have been to a number of larger house parties in the past but really stopped going to them years and years ago with exception of an occasional party held in Happy Valley by a host that has mastered the art of keeping his (Oh my gosh he is a single male) guest happy and for some reason at his parties nothing ever seems to happen that would make you feel like not coming back. What does happen makes you feel like cumming and cumming and cumming which we and others do when we attend. He should be charging at least a nominal laundry fee. Here again we have never ever had to contend with anyone either pushy or obnoxiously drunk (The two often do go hand in hand) in his home. He is a busy guy so he does not hold parties very often.
The dude, who knows who he is can speak up if he likes. We are not going to reveal his name but he perhaps should write a booklet or maybe it would be a book on the art of throwing a successful swingers house party and or preparing a guest list. We would suggest he sell it online for $19.95 until Oprah endorses it and Random House makes an offer.
On Premise Swingers Club - SLC - I have attended lifestyle clubs in Vegas and Phoenix Arizona. Red Rooster once had trouble with the law over the building permits. The city made it tough on them but Mike and Chris got through the permit recertification. They also were able to prove that they accepted Donations at the door not a fee. And did offer food and had no serving Alcohol of their control. It was BYOA.
In Phoenix Guys and Dolls kept the police out of their hair by creating a compound for vehicles. When the cops were there the gates would close and search warrents were needed. Thus just cause was a requirement. Also asked for Donations, had food serving.
I recommend if you plan to start a club. Go to other cities and with contact to the establishment to talk to their attorney ask for help in educating how their system works. That would go a long way. Choose a good industrial area to organize and set up operations. Maybe a closed hotel could be the location, like Edgewater West in Oakland California.
