"Can't Say No" Party - Who'd be interested in coming? - Mrs LPA69 and I have been talking about hosting a "Can't Say No" party at our home in Lindon UT. The idea comes from when we were investigating some foreign swingers clubs. There was one in South Africa that advertised a "can't Say No" room. If you went into the room, you could not turn down a request from someone else in the room, unless their request would be a health hazard (eg bareback intercourse). The idea intrigued us both (okay, me more than her, but she likes the idea). If we host such a party, it would be a little different from the South Africa swingers club. We suggest that it work this way. 1. We would have 10 couples maximum come to our house. We would advertise the party to everyone on Swingular, because it would be fun to have some couples we didn't know in attendance, just to make it more exciting. 2. We'd take a little time to drink, snack, and mingle while we were getting to know everyone else a little. During the mingle time, the two in each couple could talk about who they were interested in or not. 3. The women would all get together in private, and discuss amongst themselves who they were each willing to play with, what they were willing to do, etc. 4. Everyone would get back together, and for the next hour or so, each woman would tell her man what to do with whom, and the man could not say no. 5. After a break, the men would all get together in private, and discuss who they were each willing to play with, what they were willing to do, etc. 6. The party could be as wild as those in attendance wanted to make it. You'd have to really trust your own partner, wouldn't you? We'd like to know how many of you couples would be interested in that kind of party. The earliest we could host it would be New Year's Eve (or maybe in January), but we'd like to get an idea now as to the interest level. L&P

Lake Powell Trip June 11-14 (Last Topic got deleted somehow) - - OK,, not sure where the Announcement went but lets do this again.... Every year, we put on a Lake Powell trip. In previous years, it has been a mixed crowd,, swingers and vanillas. This year we are going to change it up and add a trip in June that is Lifestylers only. Dates for this are June 11-14. We are still doing the August trip as well, but it will be a bit tamer than the June trip. Houseboats will be availible for those that want to go. The cost last year for the houseboats worked out to be around $800 for the 4 days per couple. This included fuel. With decreased fuel prices this year, it should be a bit less. If we get enough people to warrant it, and if I can talk the pig supplier to provide pigs twice in one year (Yes, Buttabing, this is directed towards you) we will do a luau pig on Saturday night. Last year, some people tent camped as well so staying on a houseboat is not a requirement. As a courtesy though to those that are renting the houseboats, if you do use the amenities of the houseboat such as bathrooms, showers, cooking and kitchen stuff, etc... you donate to whoever rented the boat. Having a boat is not a requirement. Those that do have them don't seem to have a problem "adopting" those that don't. A bunch of peeps from this site went last year and from what we hear, everyone had a good time. I will need commitments from those that want to go no later than March 29th so I can ensure that I tie up enough houseboats for those that want them.

Why are single guys being band from all the upcoming parties? - Did some clown out there mess it up for all single males? - Our group, (Tampa Bay Lifestylers), has a handful of single males. They are a select few. These guys are known around the area as decent respectable guys. They know how to work a room without "COCK BLOCKING" or pissing in anyone's corn flakes because they pay attention to the room. Most are smart enough to sort of lay back and watch. They know that all the couples or single women that ARE looking for a SM to join in will ask (if they don't already know), if there are SM's there. Our group does not play on the premise that (I AM GETTING LAID NO MATTER WHAT), and the guys know this. So none of these guys feel the need to push anyone. They also realize there will be more parties and that everyone is comfortable with them at a party they will be invited back again and again.. There are WAY more BI women in the lifestyle and this usually means that married guys are more likely to stand there. This makes for even less room for single men as well. COUPLES, (Which is where SWINGING came from), are more frequently looking for additional WOMEN to join in, thus brings in the single woman. Yes, there are the peeps looking for a single man to join or just take the wife away for play alone, but it is far less frequent. Therefore most groups and clubs are allowing all single women and only a few single men.. I have also heard couples talking about removing SM all together from parties and clubs. My thoughts are simple but controversial. I think SWINGING is a COUPLES thing. All singles are just dating or becoming "SWINGERS" to just plain get laid.. To me, and don't get pissy, if I were a single man and could get away with joining the SWINGER WORLD, I would do it in a minute because most in the lifestyle are in it SOLELY for sex.. Like a drunk working in a bar. Just a note for you single guys. Sit back and watch. Don't be pushy or try to impress women with your job or your possessions. They DON'T give a SHIT about what you do or where you live or your HARLEY. If they are interested in you it is all about your body and your COCK!!! So try laying back and letting them come to you. I know this works VERY VERY WELL for my single male buddy..

Condoms - To use or not to use? -

I think this is another preference thing. It is obvious why a fertile couple would want to use latex condoms. However, since condoms do not prevent disease, they only reduce ones chances of contracting certain diseases, I can see why we don't all use them. Not being in a long term monogamous relationship or abstaining from sex, puts you at risk of catching STD's. Since we are all, as swingers, willing to roll the dice to fulfill our fantasies and derive our pleasures, it's safe to say that some of us are willing to "up the stakes". We, TR, prefer using them, but feel that our odds are still pretty good of contracting certain diseases, namely HPV, even if we do use them. What amazes us is the amount of people that still put 100% faith in condoms. We'll continue taking everything with a large grain of salt. Especially any information coming from the medical world. Afterall the CDC, FDA and Big Pharm have all been so forthcoming, upfront and honest with us. I never fully trust anyone that has financial interest. The bottom line is that, as swingers, we are all adding to the spread of disease by sharing multiple partners. Those that refrain from condom usage are just choosing a better sensation and orgasm over their safety.
