On Premise Swingers Club - SLC - What cracks me up about the "moral majority" here is that most of them secretly are into all kinds of stuff. This is now the number one state for paid porn subscriptions !!!!!! That tells me that all those horny old men that make the laws here are the ones living in secret. It is so sad :( My husband and I have lived all over the US and love the on premise clubs. Would love to see one here in SLC. But like everyone has stated, you will have to really look into the laws and how to go about it the right way.

The New Neighbors Are Swingers - - So clever. My neighbors growing up had all these. My young self had no idea.

The vent! - Judgements, I'm so tired of them. - Ah, It's a decision we all live with - ebb and flow with. There are interesting things that occur within as Swingers, but the changes are pretty much within. Learn to let go of what doesn't matter. Hold on to what does. In the end, live and let live! They are entitled to be as well as you. So...just get in the mud and have a good time! ---------------K_T "Loyalty to petrified opinion never yet broke a chain or freed a human soul in this world--and never will." Mark Twain

How do you spot a Swinger..?! - tell tell signs of the lifestyle - lmao humm try hunting for swingers in the bible belt lmao ..

Do women throw themselves at married men? - - For those of you that would like a quick and concise answer the the OP's question I would offer the following: NO!! For the benefit of the one insomniac that wants to read a little more I will offer the following: Having been married to only one woman for over thirty years and with the two of us having become swingers in the last 9 years I have pondered and discussed this very subject or something nigh unto it with Mrs. Delicious. In my experience few intelligent women, with some self esteem, throw themselves at men married or otherwise. Women and men do develop fondness and feelings for people they get to know and that can grow to esteem and maybe even desire. Happily married men that are friendly and not a rake hitting on every girl around seem safe because they are approachable without hearing the tired old come on lines. A man that can socially interact with attractive women without sexually harassing them enjoys a lot of advantages. Therefore women in the work place or other social venues tend to get to know just such men. There are all sorts of intimacies, kindnesses and appreciations that men and women need and desire from each other that are not sexual or at least overtly sexual. People that are good at sincerely giving these sorts of reassurances and moments of recognition and appreciation to others tend to make friends and friendships can sometimes become flirtatious and flirtatious friendships can become important and lead to fantasy and so on and so forth and can eventually escalate into sexual intimacy if both sides are headed down the same pathway. This is particularly true if someone discovers just such a friendship and their relationship with their significant other has digressed to a point that the relationship has become mostly significantly combative. In the case that the married man is actually happily married and not willing to cheat then it would just remain a fantasy. So no, I do not believe that women throw themselves at married men but yes I believe women do fall into fantasy and even into love with married men and the same can be said for men smitten with a married lady with which they have become friends. I have had female friends over the course of many years of being married and of being alive and out there in the world develop a crush on me and a few have expressed a desire to have an affair. Usually it has been a woman in a relationship that had become verbally combative. No I never have had any such affair. The only sex outside of marriage for me occurs as a swinger with my dear wife fully aware and usually present. We are frankly very much paired up as a couple but just not quite monogamous. I was never and I still am not the aggressive guy with the hard press come on lines. Being a gentleman that opens doors can open a few doors unintentionally over the course of a lifetime. In the swing world all the rules change to some extent in that sex is usually not pursued out of a desire to physically express love and romance toward someone that is in your mind and in your heart throughout the day and follows you into your dreams. In pursuit of swing sex women will possibly or probably be more focused on the sexual desire rather than the emotional desire to express sexually toward someone special. Therefore come on lines may well be appreciated so long as the lady thinks the guy with the lines might be really good in bed. There a few women single or married that are on the sexual prowl 24/7/365 kind of like some single guys in a swing site (That was a joke

KUTV News Story on Swingers - News -
Gasp! Tens of thousands of swingers here in Utah. I believe Utah now has a slightly higher-than-average divorce rate. The national divorce rate is 3.4% with Utah slightly higher at 3.6%. The percent of divorced residents in Utah is reported as 9.3% which is the 18th lowest in the nation. Don't ask me how those numbers reconcile. It has something to do with immigration into the state I am guessing. New Jersey reports that 8.5% of it's residents are divorced and that is the lowest in the nation. Well what do you think? Did more than 3.6% of all the swinger couples, that you have met end up getting a divorce? Was it over swinging? Are more than 9.3% of the swingers population divorced? This would include all the singles now swinging that were once married. One woman telling the media how swinging ended her marriage is anecdotal at best. Do I believe she is telling the truth? Yes I do. Do I personally believe swinging ads an extra element of jeopardy to a marriage? Yes I do. Do I believe there are quite a few people that would be happier staying away from the swinging lifestyle? Yes I do. Never-the-less, most of the couples, we have personally met, that are swingers seem to enjoy swinging and frankly enjoy doing it together. Do I believe there are quite a few couples who will enjoy swinging? Yes I do, we certainly have enjoyed the lifestyle experience as do a lot of swinging couples we have met. In the end if you are a married couple you have to make the decision based on the two of you, as to whether or not swinging is a good thing in your lives individually and as a couple. As for statistical models as to the divorce rate within the community of swingers well there aren't any. This isn't really a news story it's sensationalist journalism designed to attract viewers. Anyway, the divorce rate has been going down since the 1980s and swinging has been on the rise since the 1980s so you could make an analogy that swinging is saving marriage. Yes it would be a bunch of anecdotal bull shit just like this story.
Right. And swinging doesn't end a marriage anymore than cheating or lying or alcohol abuse or drugs, etc; people end marriages. Any relationship is an invention solely created by those people involved and only they have power over its progress forward. Will swinging or discussions about it lead to problems between people in relationships? Potentially. But any attempt by the anonymous lady in the story to blame swinging for anything is an attempt on her part to avoid accountability. You can't blame the alcohol itself for the drunk. PS, NJ may have a lower divorce rate b/c it's one of the few states that still grants annulment instead of divorce in certain cases.

LDS Swingers Survey - Will any former/active LDS swingers take my survey? - There is no option for if one of you is still on the records and one of you has been removed so that question is hard to answer. It also doesn't define what is considered sex so for soft swappers like us we don't know how to answer how many folks we have had sex with since marriage. We assumed it meant the "Clinton" definition and answered accordingly.

Friend collectors or swingers - - Right now we are standing down. Sometime next year, we will be on the prowl. When we first started swinging, we would meet a couple, or sometimes a single someplace public. If we found that we shared some commonality, attraction, chemistry and trust, we sometimes moved the encounter someplace private. Yes, we did a fair amount of first date fucking! 99% of the time that went well. We found that the people we met that lived fairly close, and shared somewhat similar schedules became the people we ended up seeing with some frequency. These relationship sort gravitated into something somewhat exclusive. We pretty much only occasionally went to meet and greets or an event. We sort of got out of the habit of meeting new people and hooking up. Some of these special friends ended up moving out of state and some ended up moving to distant parts of Utah. A few people still live somewhat nearby. While all of this was happening, several of our kids got married, became parents, and our social lives became mostly time spent with family. We aren’t complaining. Swinging just sort of moved to a back burner. At first, after our first real encounter, we hooked up maybe six or seven times every month. Our kids were at that stage in life where they needed more autonomous time away from home with friends, and so we had more time to play with friends too! Now that we are in midst of this pandemic, we are living monogamously. Sometime next year, once a vaccine is in play, we hope to revisit the lifestyle, and reconnect with some old friends, and make some new friends. We would like to get back to a small group of friends, who live nearby, and all share attraction, trust and desire. Probably, as before that will require some meet ups, with new and exciting people, at a public place and then if that goes well, some sexy erotic, orgasmic adventures.

Black Ring, Right Hand - How to tell if someone's a swinger -
Lol, Jeff has been wearing a black ring on his pinky finger of his right hand for almost 10 year's. We heard it was a swinger thing way before we were Swingers but he kept wearing it to mess with people at the time. Definitely not a new thing.
While it may not be new, it's definitely gaining traction.. And some of the sillier things (like the upside down pineapple) are going the way of urban legends. =) Would like to see it more in Utah, since it's definitely a "thing" when you get outside the lowly shelter of Utah-centric Swingular. (SLS, Kasidie, etc, are all at least mentioning it regularly now, if not downright pushing / endorsing it).... And the OTHER online communities (like reddit) are pushing it pretty hard. Even when it comes to swinging, it seems Utah is sheltered. =) However, worth adding, that based on my observations, it's gaining traction mostly with the under-40 crowd. (Not coincidentally, the same crowd that's more active in the social-media circles).
