So how did they find out about the party and get in touch with you in the first place? To find you it would seem to me that some reporter or research people are doing allot of research.
It seems too that allot of people are putting more weight on the fact that the media would be at the party rather then the fallout in the aftermath of of this. As others have said, KSL will not show faces or names, they can't under federal broadcasting laws. But I'm sure they will show screenshots of a computer with various swingers websites on it. Guaranteed there will be many Utahn's signing-up for free memberships to browse these sites for friends, neighbors, and members of their Ward. This is the real issue. Not the press itself on that night, but the publicity it will bring to the lifestyle.
Swingers Vacation Spots - Help us - I have to agree with a couple responses above...HEDONISM ROCKS. Hedo is in Jamaicca. They have 2 spots. Hedonism II and Hedonism III. They are an all inclusive vacation that you would buy. Depending on the time of year you go, you and your spouse could get an ALL inclusive (yes this includes drinks too) for probably under $2,000. We have intentions of going for our first trip to Hedonism in October 2004 (this will be our 10th anniversary). Friend collectors or swingers - - Our post was not intended to offend anyone . Just because we chose to operate our account/profile differently then others does not make anyone more right or wrong.
The purpose of our post was to try and develop some knowledge as to why some chose to operate differently. We understand that because our profile doesn’t show our faces, that means a friend request is necessary to determine attraction by exchanging pictures. We do this ourselves, all the time. But we also immediately delete accounts and typically inform those interested if we are not interested.
It sounds like we are complaining but in reality we really aren’t. We just wanted to establish conversation and understanding.
We have received a lot of friend request because of this post and we appreciate all of them but we are selective as well and we will not accept all of the request if we are not interested.
I hope we continue to discuss this issue as we look forward to hearing other thoughts, ideas and suggestions.
am back - spliting up sucks - We know just a few couples that were swingers that got divorced and we know of many others. We have only played with one married couple that since that time got divorced. We have not played with either one of them since their break up but frankly we did not even talk about it as to whether we would or wouldn't due to the change in their marital status. We have not had to address the issue. We are not sure either one of the two are still in the lifestyle.
We think that such decisions are more a case by case sort of thing than a black and white decision but in everything there is a direction you initially lean toward. We would think it might be difficult to continue playing with either half of their former couple equation. If there was even the slightest of slight chance that it would hurt the feelings of either half we would refrain. There are probably couples that may have decided to part ways that really do wish each other joy and happiness in everything including sex and swinging.
