Issues at New Yorker…how do we fix them? - - Until an alternative arrives on the scene, perhaps just designating a couple of coffee shops along the Wasatch as swinger gathering places would at least give "swingers" a chance to meet face to face. Granted, you could not dress in lingerie, there would be no playroom, and you would have to have a way to self-identify. We are not full-on poly people, that are looking to fall in love, and establish something possibly as permanent as our marriage, but we do enjoy getting a bit smitten, and have quite a few friends who are full-on poly. Poly groups do this, and we used to meet with a group that met a Sunrise Coffee, and it was fun! We made friends. Good honest sober conversations. This group had a couple of designated nights. Maybe, the swinging lifestyle community could do something similar. No worries about getting raided.

Third: Nothing can get in the way of our marraige.We would never leave each other.We have been through too much together.At 18 we got back together and we had our frist miscarrage.At 19 we had our frist son and our son and I almost die and we had our second miscarrage and was told by a DR. that I could not have any more children.For 4 year we had sex maybe once a month because it hart to have sex.(When we had sex it was over real fast because he did not want to hurt me.)He never steped out on me.He never thought to step out on me.at 23 we had our second son.What ever was wrong with me was gone because it did not hart to have sex any more.At 25 we had our daughter and I almost die having her.For the past 2 years we have wild sex almost every night.After having kids we finely got our sex life back.Now if only I can get my body back. Ebbs and Flows of Swinging - - Finding the time, or really even knowing what our schedule is, can be an obstacle. When we were young and raising five young children, we were monogamous in our marriage. We enjoyed that stage of life for more than two decades. We were perfectly happy. I don't think that if we had been swingers, we would have had the time to hook up with much frequency. Somewhere around 2004 or 2005 our offspring became old enough to require a bit more autonomy and time alone, away from home, hanging out with their friends, and so we had more time to hang out with our friends. The internet had become available and was full of sex, sex, and more sex. We became swingers, later joined this site, and we hooked up with a quite a few new and interesting people, with frequency, over the span of about a decade. We really enjoyed the variety, the adventurousness, and the intimacy. As our kids all started to become adult and started to enter into long term committed relationships and we started to become grandparents, they wanted to hang out with us a lot, and we love that. So most of the free time we used to spend swinging has reverted to family time. An honest hard look at where we are at this point of our life, and really where we have been for a while now, finds us having become swingers that only hook up maybe four to six times a year or less. We may actually be on a graceful trail that leads us back to monogamy. But not quite yet!
