There are certainly some things to look at and make sure we won't have too many problems. I think there are a number of ways to get around any issues. What happens on a private residence is up to those who own the property. I think this is one of the reasons it would have to be a private club, members only. What consenting adults choose to do isn't illegal in a venue like a club any more than it is illegal in a private residence. The trick, as I understand it, is that the venue cannot be a public venue because then you run into public exposure and indecency laws. I could be wrong, and I would have to find someone who understands these kind of laws... the question is... who would actually know... lol.
You are correct, there will certainly be some challenges, but I think they can be worked through.
As for your idea of renting a house or something like that, I have thought about the same thing and it may be a good idea. Not a fix for what is needed in a club, but it is a start.

What incentives do people have to come to this site? What exactly would make this site "hot" in Florida since you seem to think this doesn't matter. The swinger community is huge in Florida and the tourism factor is important to the lifestyle businesses too. You can always find an event scheduled every Friday and Saturday on SDC and SLS. The Bliss Club and Skin host parties every month. People want to get out, party and have fun, that is what it's all about.
I wish it weren't true but you are simply wrong stating that this site is hot in Florida...take it from someone whom actually lives here (and belongs to several sites)!

It's unlikely you'll find any 'swingers' there unless you specifically organize something.. or a group that goes there tells you when and where to meet them. =)
Per Couple40's suggestion above... the best way to "meet groups" is to organize a group meetup.. places like Scorez occasionally are used for this.. where 3 or 4 couples will meet up to grab a table and chat.

We are also super picky and refuse to jump into an immediate sexually relationship with someone we haven’t truly meet. That may be some of the cause of this issue as well.

D&D free? - is this an oxymoron? - As I've been pondering all the intriguing aspects of this new world we are entering, something doesn't mesh in my mind.
We live in a nation where billions (at least multi-millions) are spent daily to advertise drugs. This is done because it enables the drug companies to make multi-billions selling drugs. You can get prescription drugs for everything from your pecker to your severe depression about your pecker! And this is only the legal/prescription drug industry - I imagine the illegal drug business is even bigger. Just exactly where do all these drugs go? I suppose a lot are consumed by folks who have minimal concerns about engaging in high risk activities? Hmmm..... swingers?nah? Fact is the math would indicate that there is a lot more coursing through the veins of just about everyone we encounter than just the good ol redwhite&blue!
Same goes for disease. I don't believe the existence of most of it is caused by long-term monogamous relationships. When you are only as safe as the very last physical contact you have and you deal in a world of relative strangers, well, you get the picture.
I hope these are not interpreted to be negative comments. I truly am just trying to figure out the mentality of the profiles I read. It strikes me the whole "d&d free" thing is either a formality/some sort of cover-your-ass disclaimer or just people kidding themselves.
