Eyz Wide Shut - Tampa, FL - We need info! - As stated above Fridays are not always the best night, Saturdays are usually more fun. The crowd is more thin on Friday, both nights have couples of all ages. If you try tonight and you do not like it, I highly recommend Saturday night. This saturday is going to be very hopping big swingers party last I check around 50 couples signed up........Enjoy

How close is too close - - If you have problems in your marriage, swinging is not going to fix them. I think the excitment of swinging will, perhaps, camoflage them for a short time. But in the long run if there are problems the level of trust that is required to swing -- just will not be there. But I wonder how our statistics compare to the general public? Are swinging couples getting divorced at a higher or lower rate? Comparing our swinging friends with our vanilla friends, the swingers seem far more happy with and into their mate. The scenarios and issues raised by this question, happen in and out of swinging. Remember the joke -- "my wife ran off with my best friend, and boy I am going to miss him". That is a vanilla life joke. We all need to take care to respect the intimate relationship between other swinging couples. We should all expect others to respect our relationship with our spouse. But in the end, if you trust each other enough to swing successfully, then I think the other issues of life will prove to be fairly easy to handle together.

Amazing Elite Halloween Party - - Most swingers are respectful. You are certainly in the right crowd. CB&KB

To be or not to be a swinger that is the question??? - what made you decide? - well we have talked about it off and on for years. one night i walked in from work and holly was on a swingers website. she said hat do yeh think . i was ok with it . we started talking with this cpl in ky. and we soon was meeting them for dinner . we went to the dinner with no intentions of hooking up that night. but the more we talked to them the more we found we all clicked. so a 1 hour dinner date turned into 6 plus hours of playing. but here in east tenn there isnt many cpls that is for real. or they get cold feet at the last moment. we even run into players , that those who try to play us . those that have been into this for awhile know what we are talking about. after our last baby 3 yaers ago we just cant find the time to get out much anymore.

Out of bounds..... - - Ok, I tried not to come back and be a bitch but I think this needs said. For those of you who whine and cry about not being able to mention God on a swingers site....... please remember this is the same God who will send you to hell for fucking someone other than your spouse. I honestly think both parties are in the wrong, and thats what I'm sticking with.

Discussion brought about by the marajuana topic - - **YAWN** I'm with Highway on this one...there are plenty of ways to kill oneself. There are plenty of things the general "law-abiding" public does in their cars and homes that put themselves and others in danger. Have to wonder which demographic group will be next after having ridded our communities of the dregs of society by outlawing tobacco and alcohol (the insidious pot-heads have already been dealt with after all)? How about the fat people? They live an unhealthy lifestyle, and certainly provide a burden on society with obesity related issues. Attribute the rise in Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease, increase in cancer (yes cancer...in individuals who have never smoked and have otherwise lived a good "christian" life) to the convenient and unhealthy lifestyles full of decadence and complacency we lead (Hmm...I know there was a reference to the Roman empire somewhere earlier in this thread). Once the fat peeps are incarcerated...who shall shoulder the burden and blame for many of the ills in our society? There are always going to be special interest target groups in our society, whether they be pot-heads, crack-heads, fatties, adrenaline junkies, speeders, cell-phoning-while-driving idiots, swingers...well you get the point. We may forget to look at WHY things are made illegal, maybe that's on purpose...because when you think about it...the reasons for WHY they are do not make sense. It couldn't be merely for personal safety and health reasons...because if that were the case, then certainly excessive food, and cell phones would be made illegal. I'm with TR on the too much government intrusion scene; We are the so-called "most free" country on the planet...yet we have the most laws and government intrusion and incarcerated percentage of the population. Period. Merry Christmas...haha

FALL KICK OFF MIX AND MINGLE PARTY - THE NEW SANDY STATION -

Yessss, so glad you guys put this together! Thanks for taking the initiative! Hopefully along with the new "dress to impress" dress code, they will adopt danceable Habits type music as well... Can't wait!
Great news about the music...DJ Scotty B has been hired over from habits as well as a few bartenders and servers so there will be fun "habits" friendly faces as well!!
Beauty!! Great news! I asked Jodie last week where her DJ was headed but she didn't know, so we are very happy to hear that! We just checked out club Elevate and it felt more like a gay bar (which is fine, just no swingers), then we walked over to Sky...the music was great, but the crowd was very young tonight (20's)! Sooo, now we are headed out to Sandy Station! Hoping it's more to our liking tonight! If not, next week will be for sure!

How Do you Tell - Need to Know - How to Tell... How To Tell If Someone Is A Swinger By: Sherrie Hurd Break Studios Contributing Writer Want to know how to tell if someone is a swinger? It is fairly simple to tell when taking certain details in consideration. A swinger is someone who is in an open relationship which allows each partner to date other people. Whether it is in marriage or just as boyfriend and girlfriend; swingers are very open to options outside the relationship. The first indication of someone being a swinger is their overly friendly disposition. Swingers are usually very eager to please whoever they meet even to the point of purchasing rather expensive gifts for their new friends. Contrary to what most think about them, they are not overly flirty as much as just extremely helpful and courteous. It is all in the eyes. The gaze of a swinger is different than that of others. They usually make solid, more aggressive eye contact with those who they have affection for. The majority of their flirting when first encountered is done with their eyes. The eyes are the most effective and safe ways to gage reactions. Swingers are very "touchy/feely". A sure sign of someone being a swinger is their desire to make repeated physical contact. Swingers love to hug and even touch the shoulders of arms of the object of their affections. At times their desire to make physical contact is overwhelming. The swinger is always quick when suggesting a dinner date with their new friends. What better way to get to know others than to throw a dinner party with drinking and invite 'prospective' friends. Swingers know that their lifestyle is a minority lifestyle that some have an aversion to. Couples in an open relationship always want to approach 'hooking up' as delicately as possible. Although swinging is an alernative way of life, it is becoming increasingly popular in todays more tolerable society. More and more couples are learning to accept the mechanics of an open relationship and allowing their identities to be know either through discovery or outright announcement. Can I say hello? - What to do in public - Really for us it depends on the people that recognize us and whether or not they have some common sense and are sensitive enough to be careful when necessary. If they are the type of people that can say hello in a public place and be friendly without flaunting their swingers insignia and secret handshake and singing the swingers theme song and such then we have no problem being approached in public. The local churches all have the ultra vocal keepers of the faith that have to define everyone and everything under the Johnny one note shallow interpretation of their religion because it is too terrifying and painful to be a whole complex person and therefore they live for the pats on the back that come from the endless recitations of their creed. There are people that become far too single minded in all sorts of pursuits including swinging that can become just as annoying and dangerous. Where we are when you see us makes a difference too in what we consider appropriate. If we are in the grocery store or out to dinner with friends or family then saying hello is fine but we ask that anyone that approaches us please leave the swingers content completely out of what you say to us. Do not hit on us. Our friends and family know the two of us are busy and social and we both have friends as individuals and as a couple that we have met in a variety of ways so people say hello to us, which they do not know all the time anyway. Some people that we know are clients and so if we do not offer an explanation about how we know you, our family and friends assume it is probably from work. If we are at a bar and obviously looking playful and sexual in are demeanor and dress and you want to approach us fine, but even then be a bit discreet in your initial approach. If we are talking with someone or obviously with someone then be a bit discreet because we party with vanillas too. If they are people that we trust we probably won't care if they get a hint of what you and we might share in common. Many of our friends and even our family members know we are not always 100% monogamous and they also know we are multifaceted and involved in many things so non monogamy for us is only part of who we are and what we do and not a defining consuming aspect of our lives. We tend to shy away from saying hello to people in public places that recognize as being in the lifestyle unless we already know them because we do not want to make anyone uncomfortable.

How did you loose yours? - How did you loose your virginity? -
Hubby here...I was 14 and the female was 22. Two gals picked up me and my buddy on main street one night, took us back to their place, got us drunk, and when my buddy was taken to another room with one of the gals, the other basically had her way with me and mounted up on her living room floor. I was asking her to stop and had tears in my eyes as I had my first recognizable orgasm, thinking I was having some kind of seizure at the moment. I'm living proof that a man can be seduced against his will. HEY that was 30 years ago! Hmmm I wonder where she is now, and how many other innocent men she turned into swingers. LOL. I truly wish my wife was my first. I love that chick!!!
Haha...it's cuz of where you live...that valley is dangerous!!! lol
