They only ask to restart a scene if they missed audio or need additional video (they are trying to tell a story, so it only makes sense that they do this)... The show represents the lifestyle in a sexy and accurate way. We've participated in the show two different seasons (on 5 episodes total) and will continue to do so as long as they let us. They do it with integrity and we are both incredibly proud to say that we are a part of such a great show. It's on Playboy TV, it's called SWING! Nothing like the drama filled, scripted, and utterly unrealistic show on A&E. We highly recommend checking it out! Ugly people and swinging - - Considering that what attracts one person to another varies wildly from person to person, its amazing that you can make a blanket statement about "ugliness" and "attraction" which you clearly ASSume pertains to all swingers. He has said that from his experiences, be it at a club, private party, and I'm sure out in public, that men hit on his wife, and dont take NO for an answer. I have no doubt you have had play partners who you've been out with, and even with you standing right there, the idiots are still hitting on her, and dont want to take No for an answer. It happens in *straight, gay, lesbian, and swingers* clubs. I know several swing couples who prefer to hunt for play partners in the *straight* clubs. There is a huge gallery of men to choose from, most willing to play even if hubby wants to watch. We are all here because we LOVE sex, and we want multi partners.

Have you ever.... - - Have we ever? Nope. For the simple reason that we think it's a little bit unfair. Especially when we're somewhere where alcohol is being consumed and there is a chance that the person we're picking up isn't making a fully sober, informed decision. Yes, I know many will say that we're all adults and adults can make their own choices sober or not. But Ms. Evil and I consciously and soberly made the decision to explore the lifestyle, together. Why doesn't every other person deserve the chance to do that as well? Now if we were to meet someone, identify ourselves as swingers, and then that person or persons goes home and thinks about it and THEN contacts us to tell us they are interested in knowing or doing more then hell yes, game on! This lifestyle is NOT for everyone. The VAST majority of people simply cannot handle it. If someone wants to explore it alone or especially with their significant other then they deserve to do it on their own terms without undue influence by other people (and by booze or drugs). We know that's not the popular opinion by the "all is fair in love and war" crowd but it's how we feel. Just our opinion.

Fast lane travel in the digital age - Swinging - There are advantages and disadvantages, and Delicious, Cpswin,and Evil have pretty much covered them. But with all the disadvantages and lack of automatic screening, there is one big advantage. People genuinely interested in the lifestyle, nice and honest people, who might have known it existed and wanted to get into it can find it now. That wasn't always true. I sort of stumbled into it in the late '70s, simply because of some "hippiedom" connections from the early '70s. And even then, because I was single, I got invited to very, very, few gatherings. In fact, it was pretty much only if someone of about 4 or 5 couples were invited and the husband couldn't go and I was honored to be allowed to sort of fill in for him. Then in '82 I went to Europe, and when I came back in '89 I didn't even think of trying to find it again, I'd lost track of my old friends, and figured it'd be a useless pursuit, which it would have been. So, even though it lets idiots like single males who refuse to accept any responsibility for their own behavior, and who apparently think they're God's gift to women, and get all butt-hurt when they find out a girl they met on a swingers site is having sex with someone besides just them, find the lifestyle, it also lets some nice people who, just because they didn't happen to know anyone who was already involved, find it too. And I suspect that the bad outweigh the good, because the bad will get recognized as such, people will talk to each other, and while the not nice people will still find the public events, they'll be avoided by others, and eventually just go away.
