Can I say hello? - What to do in public - Really for us it depends on the people that recognize us and whether or not they have some common sense and are sensitive enough to be careful when necessary. If they are the type of people that can say hello in a public place and be friendly without flaunting their swingers insignia and secret handshake and singing the swingers theme song and such then we have no problem being approached in public. The local churches all have the ultra vocal keepers of the faith that have to define everyone and everything under the Johnny one note shallow interpretation of their religion because it is too terrifying and painful to be a whole complex person and therefore they live for the pats on the back that come from the endless recitations of their creed. There are people that become far too single minded in all sorts of pursuits including swinging that can become just as annoying and dangerous. Where we are when you see us makes a difference too in what we consider appropriate. If we are in the grocery store or out to dinner with friends or family then saying hello is fine but we ask that anyone that approaches us please leave the swingers content completely out of what you say to us. Do not hit on us. Our friends and family know the two of us are busy and social and we both have friends as individuals and as a couple that we have met in a variety of ways so people say hello to us, which they do not know all the time anyway. Some people that we know are clients and so if we do not offer an explanation about how we know you, our family and friends assume it is probably from work. If we are at a bar and obviously looking playful and sexual in are demeanor and dress and you want to approach us fine, but even then be a bit discreet in your initial approach. If we are talking with someone or obviously with someone then be a bit discreet because we party with vanillas too. If they are people that we trust we probably won't care if they get a hint of what you and we might share in common. Many of our friends and even our family members know we are not always 100% monogamous and they also know we are multifaceted and involved in many things so non monogamy for us is only part of who we are and what we do and not a defining consuming aspect of our lives. We tend to shy away from saying hello to people in public places that recognize as being in the lifestyle unless we already know them because we do not want to make anyone uncomfortable.

How do you spot a Swinger..?! - tell tell signs of the lifestyle - I hate the term "swingers" it is such a label....its like saying "Gay"...to much generalization. Sexuality is so much more about the moment then some stupid label, besides we have had WAY more fun with people who don't even consider themselves "in the lifestyle." Don't rule "Vanillas" out, they are better at living in the moment, and not over thinking the situation. "Swingers" are flaky and scared, I for one am not sure why 3/4Th's of the people on this site are even on here, when it comes down to it they are full of shit. They don't even respond or no call/no show...blah! My advice is if you see something you like, go for it...the worst they can say is no. What are they gonna do turn you into the swinging police?

Mon chalet - Swingers motel - we were there a few weeks ago, its ok pool was just a bit cool and the hot tub could only have 4 in it at once...you should go to the scarlet ranch great place for dinner and super clean with a great vib 1 out of 4 stars i give it 5

Young swingers party - sold out, who still wants to party ? -
It's funny how it says young swingers party for those under 45. Such a percentage of the peeps who RSVP'd are over that, or are lying.
Since the people who lie about their age on here claim to be 5-10 years younger already, I doubt they'd claim to be older. But stranger things have happened.

Poly ideas - Ethical non-monogamy...I like that label. -
A few other "Poly Ideas" we have had...a beach resort for swingers called "Poly Shore". Jeans with special condom holders made exclusively for the lifestyle called "Poly Pockets". A full time art school for swingers run by "Leave it to Beaver's" Tony Dow,called "Poly Wally Doodle all the Day" . The high end grocery store/basketball arena for lifestylers called "Poly Pavilions". But it turns out it was just a slightly nicer "Poly Vons" grocery store/basketball arena. And lastly a white supremisist lifestyle dating site called "Poly want a Cracker".
You sound like maybe you attended Cal Poly?

Other activities? - Do you only meet swingers for sex? - I\'d say that the closest friendship we currently *have* - has included both playtimes - and times when everybody was clear that we were *not* playing. We encountered the couple on a nude-camera page, so first contact was \"sexual intentions\" and we got to know each other and had a period of increasing sexual intensity. But then one of the people tired of the sex and we just shut it off - but spend lots of time together doing just about everything. The *best* relationships, I think, integrate playtime: what else *can* be as intimate as sex? But a good relationship doesn\'t depend on sex, either.

Christain Swingers? - - We got up and looked back at this thread today and we have to say we agree that this is a great group of people here. Man, with everyone expressing thier thoughts on this (Including our minority opinion) and not having a flame war or having things get personal is a very cool thing. We are impressed !! We still will not touch the politics though! Art and Dawn:D

Bi-Sexuality - A question for the girls of swingular -

So it's a BENCH of single males and what, a swarm of swingers? "Mayhem" sounds WAY more descriptive, by the way, from everything you've told me. [em]Emo_49[/em]
For swinger men, it's a pestilence.
Does that encompass the entire spectrum? Married and single? Or does one demographic embody that term? Just curious in case I want to be incensed...or even outraged! [em]Emo_25[/em]
