"LDS" Profile Names - - We used to be Mormons (Well, technically, Ms. Evil still is, I guess.). And we've know MANY swingers over the years who have been involved in recreational non-monogamy (A nice way to say committing adultery. LOL) as well as differing levels of activity in the LDS church.
We knew one couple a few years back who would party HARD on Sat. night and still be up early and in the pews every Sunday morning. Invariably they would text us every Sunday evening telling us that they were no longer going to swing...and then about Wednesday of every week they would text again asking us if there were any parties going on the next weekend. LOL It never really bothered us that they somehow justified or practiced some sort of cognitive dissonance when it came to the two activities since most people we know do the same thing but in differing areas of their lives.

I think,perhaps, a more interesting question/topic isn't how many have "LDS" (or some other designation associated with Mormonism) in their screen names but how very many once staunch Mormons have felt a strong desire to flaunt the strict and onerous chastity laws of the Mormon church to actively participate in our little hobby. Naked beach - Stansbury island - As spring gets a little closer come out to the beach and work on your tan. It's a ghost town now but as temps get about 70 it'll get busier. There are all types of people there. Dudes, LGBTQ, couples, nudists (like us), swingers. The further away from the sagebrush you go the less bugs just be careful it can get muddy too. People go all the time we like to go Sunday afternoons. It's not a legal nude area so be careful and respectful. That being said in 10 years we've never had an issue. It's a beautiful place to camp. Playfulness to the north end, vanilla to the south.
Curious Question - - Hi all, my hubby and I are going to be moving from DC to Reno, NV. very soon. A&E New show about swingers... - neighbors with benefits.... - Perhaps you could argue that we were born this way. Read up on pair bonding species and tournament mating species. Homo sapiens seem to land somewhere in the middle. Just like most other species that have a tendency to pair bond, many if not most of humans that naturally lean toward pair bonding are not by nature truly sexually monogamous. Swinging allows couples that by nature are given to commitments or pair bonding in regards to raising their offspring and in many others ways to sexually enjoy the company of others. Happily bonded couples that enjoy the level of commitment they share together, but that also, by nature were born to want to experience intimacy with others including sexual intimacy may choose to swing. In the end what we do is always a choice. The choices we make are often driven by our basic nature and environmental and social influences but in the end given the opportunity won't most of us seek to enjoy who we really are?
