At what point do you out yourselves to family and friends?? - - I really don't think it makes that big a difference. What ever you are comfortable with is what you should do. It defeats one of the biggest attractions of Lava, which is once you park your car for the weekend it doesn't move until you go home. We visit Lava 5 or 6 times a year, of those maybe two are for LS Events, two for romantic getaways and two for friends and family. Lava is known as a local Idaho and Utah swingers destination and there are many there every weekend. The problem is you need to have your meet ups scheduled before arriving as it's almost impossible to sort the LS from the vanilla on site. Risqué Soiree held an event in Lava last spring that was very fun and well attended, we hope they do it again this year. It was a great event for those new to the LS or anyone wanting to meet friends. Also because it involved both Idaho and Utah there was a lot more interaction than many meet ups where people have a tendency to group up with those they already know. Lava is one of those places you will either fall in love with and visit often, or visit once to say you have been there and done that and never return. But one thing I can promise, and that is if your room is in Pocatello you'll never understand the nuances that make Lava so charming to many. If you want big fancy hotels and everything about your visit orchestrated you would be much better advised to spend your vacation in Vegas as you will not be happy in Lava. 2007 Tribute to the Troops - Post your media here :-) - TR was just trying to make a tribute to our troops, something posistive. Whether ppl agree or disagree with them being there, I am with Don.....THEY ARE THERE either way!!! I do believe that this site isn't the place to be debating that point. In either case, there are fellow swingers on this site that are military couples/ppl so what is so wrong with showing some tribute and thanks to them. Wear your damn masks! - COVID-19 and your junk! - We can’t just wander around COSTCO not wearing a condom and give the people around us an STD. Yes as lifestyle people we are already somewhat predisposed to a somewhat riskier social life than what a lot of other people might find acceptable for themselves. With a virus that’s airborne it’s not that difficult to pass it along with out the consent or such close proximity a sex to those around us. Hence, the mask recommendations. Lying About Your Age? - Is lying about your age considered proper? - Does age really matter? I know several couples on this site and others that have porposely lowered their age. Basically, lying about how old they are. Is it considered proper among swingers to lie about how old they are? If they lie about their age, what else are they lying about? Once you find out how old they really are, and knowing they lied, would you trust them? Or, can you say you are younger if you look younger than your age? Does lying about age fall into the same catagory of deceit as posting pictures that are 5 to 10 years old, or saying 10 lbs or more overweigth is "Average"? Would having a penile implant or hysterectomy matter. Some would think it would matter more than age would. What's your opinion?
