People that are good at sincerely giving these sorts of reassurances and moments of recognition and appreciation to others tend to make friends and friendships can sometimes become flirtatious and flirtatious friendships can become important and lead to fantasy and so on and so forth and can eventually escalate into sexual intimacy if both sides are headed down the same pathway.
