Staying a couple in the lifestyle - - We've been at the LS nearly our entire 15 year marriage.. and we've always done things as a couple. Even way back when we were newly hatched swingers, we've always done it as a couple, and we've used our real names from the beginning, mostly because we're not creative enough to come up with fake names. Neither of us would make good actors, because we'd never respond to anything but our real names either 🤣 We started this together with equal gusto with the idea of having fun together while having sex with other people at the same time, and with people we want to be friends with, and not exclusively in the bedroom either. Has it always worked out that way? No but that's okay. We've always still managed to have fun. Anything that we can experience with each other and share together has made it 100% worthwhile. The day we can't have fun doing this together is the day we go back to being sexually monogamous. Simple as that. But the REAL secret to why we're still happily married is that there is one thing we do separately, which may be problematic for some. It's scary sharing this, but here goes.... We don't share blankets. We can't do it. We've tried, and it doesn't work for us. We're both very needy in regards to tossing and turning and being wrapped in our own blankets. Plus, we've got our individual blanket needs that can't be met with exclusively with the same one.

Wannabes and net fakes - Will the real lifestyle members please stand up - How you not really notice who they are. My significant other and myself are not swingers we are in a lifestyle. Not something that comes and goes with the weather. We live a lifestyle. We have another lover that we love and adore and again love getting together with other couples and even groups for dinners and playtime. We have been in the lifestyle for over ten years and have spent more than our fair share of time apart because of the Navy but even then we talk about our life together first then the lifestyle we enjoy. Seeing people on here just to scope pictures or have sex.....we are looking for lifetime friends. I think that all that are in the lifestyle are doing the same thing, looking for people with the same goals and ideals. We just have the ability to be closer than most.

Observations from the other side of the room - Some unsolicited advice -
All good advice. You should give seminars to the GAZILLIONS of single males who think female swingers are nymphomaniac, wanton sluts who will fuck anyone, any time, anywhere and that their husbands/partners are pathetic, impotent cucks who don't know how to please their partners and need a "real" man to satisfy their wives/girlfriends. You could make BANK teaching the utterly clueless how to act like a gentleman and do a service to the lifestyle by helping to weed out the twatwaffles who have no business even ATTEMPTING to enter a lifestyle they know nothing about and should leave immediately!
That's a really good idea! I am no authority but I agree that Utah guys have a bad reputation. I have heard similar stories from friends on vanilla dating sites where the guy just wants a one night stand. I am glad that my post was read and responded to. I agree that my comments are common sense as well. Unfortunately, common sense isn't all that common. Any suggestions on what to name my seminar?

Question - do you talk about other swingers? - After giving this question alot of thought and consideration, we have come to the conclusion that first it might be very helpful to meet someone. Then after meeting you might have something or someone to talk about. As soon as we have our first experience, we might find ourselves more qualified to give an answer. Hopefully that will happen before we are great grandparents.. (LOL) JK.

Disabled Swingers - - My best friend was disabled, and while up until the last month of her life she was not confined to needing mobility assistance, she was active in the lifestyle and very upfront with people about her disability. She was always a BBW, struggling with issues from severe depression and diabetes, her weight fluctuated up and down as a side effect of various medications and changes in medications to manage her primary illness, that being bipolar disorder. Sometimes she had zero sex drive as a side effect of some of the medications for her depression, and sometimes she wanted sex 24/7 (Manic side of the bipolar disorder). She always told anyone that contacted her about her illness from the first contact/reply and would leave it up to them if there was ever to be an in person meeting knowing that she may or may not be able to play. We were friends for over 8 years, and while we were active in the lifestyle as a couple for 2 years we always let others know there was a possibility of the other one of us being around (especially when she was having bad times from her mental illness). She always had a good time when she was able to play, and we met a lot of really good people. So just hang in there, be honest and confident. You will meet people that are willing to play with you once they understand your situation and limitations, and you will have some wonderful times. Larry

Why are people afraid to give out their email address - -

E'ONE, The Don

This issue is easily remedied. You can give out your email address. We have two. One for strangers and spam, the other for friends and family. We use one to register for shit and communicate with strangers and potential friends. The other is given the potential friends and strangers. As long as you are not giving out personal information on the false front email, you have not worries. There is no risk. There is no arguing, you are as safe as your browsing habits. You do stupid shit like post personal shit that you don't want to be know, you can expect to be revealed. There is always a risk of compromising your indentity, when you allow it to be on the internet. So, If you don't want shit known, don't post it. As for the original subject. It all has to do with anonimity. They paid money for features on this site. One was email to correspond with other swingers on this site. Clicking an icon to open swingular is no different than clicking your Outlook icon. So, I see no issue with it. Do what makes the other person comfortable. If they don't want you to have their email... They don't want you to. People are not going to change because someone has an issue with how they interact. There are a few fucktards on this site that tried to get me to think like them and I still refuse. Fuck those fuckin whiney little cum dumpsters. HAHAH! Anyway, Have fun and fuck em if they don't like how you operate.

LDS Swingers Survey - Will any former/active LDS swingers take my survey? - and done!

Combining Lifestyle & Non-Lifestyle Friends - - We have both Swinger and non-swinger friends. We have found a few "swinger" friends that we would be "friends" with if we were not in the lifestyle. We have tried to invite these friends to parties that we have SPECIFICALLY specified as "VANILLA". Almost every time we have had our "swinger" friends cross boundaries which makes our "non-swinger" friends (who have non idea about our "lifestyle") go "WTF?!?!?!?!?!?". It has happened numerous times so it's no one in particular. Has ANYONE has success in blending swingers into their vanilla lifestyle? Just askin......

Sinle female but married , hubby not interested - Husband is not interested but wife is . - I agree with the above posters. Having seen a few threads like this on here you will probably find that the majority of this community will feel the same. Even swingers can cheat because cheating is about the lie. Most swingers I have met disapprove of cheating. (although, just like with non swingers, some still fall short of this ideal) The mansion party thing is a good idea. The environment doesn't require play and lets you understand this world before you make decisions about it. Your husband may find it not so intimidating and that there isn't actually any mustard to cut after all.

Family Swingular Members - OMFG and you do a search and see a close family member on the list..... - So my parents are swingers on the site. They sent a friend request shortly after my last post, I debated for 5 months whether to accept it or not. I finally accepted it and had a conversation with my mom about her special piercing ;)
