Orchard Place - Event info - Ryan and Kara are top-notch hosts and the venue is by far the best in Utah for swingers. It's the closest thing we have in Utah to a swingers club -- but it's better because it's clean, comfortable, low-pressure, the music is not loud (so you can actually chat and get to know other couples), and it feels a lot like a low-key meet & greet with a little bit of a charged sexual atmosphere.
The crowd trends towards the younger side (mid-40's and below) but there are a few older folks there.
WAY better than habits.... but we hate loud music and dancing... so... ;)

Florida swinging - Swinging in Florida - The halloween party was way better then we ever expected so time to chat was at a minumum. The little we did get to chat about this subject seems that most were afraid of all the fakes out there. That explains why we have couples traveling from as far as Plant City to come here. One of our friends took it upon themselves to buy small toys to give to the women at the party so we were going to do one of the chinese gift exchanges where you draw numbers but the action got so hot and heavy so fast that we all forgot about the wrapped toys and I am looking at them as I write this. Other friends are hosting the Christmas Party so we will bring those with us to that party.
I used to think it was that couples here are looking for what you can give them or a free night out but what it seems like at least with our friends is just the right environment to let loose and have fun. We have tons of food left and the wrapped toys so they didn`t come for the handouts. It took us a while to get the right mix and we always seek to add to the mix. So for those who host or are looking for real and active swingers, just hang in there and keep building your contacts one at a time. We always enjoy meeting others and if there is no sexual attraction who cares, but if we like you then we will keep you in mind when interacting with others and might play cupid and introduce you to someone that might be more your taste. Swingers Club - Swingers Club - Looking to visit a swingers club for the first time? The closest to utah that can be consider a great experience is the scarlet ranch in Denver. Look it up. It is worth the trip.
Anyone been to a Vegas Perfect Touch party? - - A few months ago we went to Vegas. We stayed at Rumors Hotel which is across the street from the HARD ROCK CAFE....this is where the meet n greet that we saw on the main page. Though we wanted to go by the time we did all the other things we were to tired to go. However, We saw tons and tons of people being dropped off both Friday and Saturday night. They were all going to a party in the same club as the meet n greet. Very sexy people if you asked me....tons of them. Not sure if they were all swinger or club promotions that you will find people passing out on the strip. Either way it was happening group of people. We did go swimming at Rehab in The Hard Rock and that in itself told us we were in the right place.....Tons of sexy people.....So would be worth a fun night on the dance floor. So next time we will go for sure and not plan so much at that time so we can go to the club too....So I would check it out and actually find the host....that way she can point you in the right direction and I am sure there will be tons of swingers as well. Sin City indeed!!!!
To message first or not - Do you reach out first? - We respond to inquiries far more often then we make the first contact. When we were younger we got a lot more inquiries and we also made more first contacts . We used to play almost weekly, and sometimes two or three times a week. We attended more meet and greets too.
As we have aged we get fewer inquiries. We are probably not within the age parameters, that most swingers are looking for. We also have very little free time. So really it kind of works out. We have discovered that now that are kids are all grown and married etc., that almost all of our social time is family related. Its a good thing! What it has done is eliminate us from the hit most of the events crowd or the hang out twice every weekend crowd. We just can't live up to that. It's not out of obligation it's a choice. We spent far more energy and emotion as parents than we have in the swing scene. So for us spontaneity and flexibility are really key elements. We can't spend much time swinging, but we will make worth someone's time when we do hook up.
For us primetime swing time was at the point in life when the kids were old enough to not need a babysitter, they needed a lot of time to hang out with friends and needed a bit of autonomy too. We could go out, while they were out playing with their friends, and play with our friends. Now that they are all real adults, happy and successful, they want to hang out. We enjoy each others company, and for us family really is paramount.
We were not swingers when they were young. We really didn't have time for it. Now that our kids are adults, and are doing what we did with family, and we are involved and enjoying it, what and who fits in the lifestyle has changed up a bit. The search engine parameters, and most profiles don't address most of the deeper layers of compatibility. In the end, if you remain true to yourselves, and each other, you'll run into the right people, at the right times in your life.
