Speed dating swinging style - - So the reason we (KOIGIRL) and I hosted it was we were tired of the meet and greets where everyone had their cliques. Also the parties we went to were not swinger parties. Everyone stood around until someone got drunk and then there was drama. Not all parties are like this, but the one's we went to were. So we decided to hold the party.
First, we held it at my place. Second, we screened those who attended. there were young couples and vet swingers. We limited it to 10 couples invited (8 showed). We did have some drinks and refreshments, but once everyone got there people drew a number 1-4. There were two of each number. Based on the number you paired off with the couple with the same number. A timer was set for 20 minutes. Everyone went someplace quiet and just talked. When the timer went off, one group rotated. So those that had 4 went to 1 and so on. After a little over an hour, we went into the family room and had a few drinks and were talking about doing a second round. However, this didn't happen as truth or dare started. Almost everyone was naked. There was a new couple who was shy but even they opened up. If anyone was uncomfortable, there were other rooms. It was made clear that no unwanted advances would be tolerated. There weren't instances of this. People started breaking off and going into separate rooms for fun. Jewellery, logos, etc to identify other swingers - We would like info on websites catering to discreet items to let others "know" we are in the lifestyle - As we posted earlier, we're going on a cruise out of Galveston on 4/1. This is NOT a lifestyles cruise. We'll be traveling with another couple, but what we're looking for is a way to let others know we're in the lifestyle.

We'll go in order here with the few things we have to say.
1. As an active duty career military family, our hearts go out to our fallen brothers/sisters and their families.
2. Your response could not have been worded any better. Kudos!
3. As for the Don Juan issue, this might take a minute. I've read a lot here about "protecting his rights to speak his opinion" and the like. I agree to an extent, but this dude rides so far out on the left wing that we might just be able to label him as a "domestic enemy." Myself and many other members of this site are sworn to protect this country from the like. I propose that Don Juan reveal his true identity and we deal with him accordingly. Not only for the shoving of his misguided opinions, but for using profanity in the direction of my wife in a forum and an email (yes, I remember and will not soon forget).

LDS Swingers Survey - Will any former/active LDS swingers take my survey? - I would be really interested in the answers from current, active, attending, members. I can imagine that once you've recognized the need to break your relationship with the church its a lot easier to swing. Those that still embrace the gospel, attend meetings, hold positions, etc., and want to be in the lifestyle as well would have to have a tough time resolving those conflicts, I would think.
