It is a double standard. We have meet several couples that would never consider a cheating guy, but would a cheating woman. I think some people ignore the double standard because of the Law of scarcity.
Married/relationship bound men that are exploring without their spouse are no different from Single men has been our experience.
If anyone Male or Female is having a sexual or emotional relationship without their primary partner's knowledge then they are cheating. It's not a matter of the quality or quantity or even if the partner had suspicions or not. It's a matter of trust which they are breaking by having a relationship that their partner would not approve of.

Right - some people seem to think that because we are swingers we have sex with anyone and therefore they view a rejection as a personal snub. I think they forget that "just not that into you" applies as much in swinging as vanilla relationships.
Mardi Gras unzipped in slc - - We've thrown very large Mardi Gras parties and Halloween Parties in the past,and most people showed because we made them pre-pay for tickets, so they had some investment in the party. Most of them turned out good. What cracked us up the most was--the ones who come and seem to act like we owe them some kind of magical fuck-dust or something; I mean if you are dumb, don't work out, and have a rude personality, just going to a party of people in the lifestyle doesn't guarantee you to get laid or be invited to an orgy. Two times we gave a trip to New Orleans and as soon as we rewarded it we started getting attitude that we owed this person more. No feeling of thanks, but more of 'what else can I suck ot of you'. The Last one we gave a prize to New Horizons in Seattle--our favorite swing club. Got the same attitude from the couple, really even condescended to us. It was really a shame. We forgot to get them a car to drive around, our bad. Gave you a 2000 gift, get your own effen car, cheepasses. Well, anyway. My message here is be thankful for those who try and if you win something, show some effen gratitude. Swingers can be such cheep asses. Pay for the show, enjoy what you can and be more thankful, cause if you aren't you may scare off those, like us, who tried. ;)
We didn't know of this party but we're always up for a good one. We usually invite a couple with us so no-matter the outcome of the party we'll have a good time. I recommend that to those who attempted to go to this party and bemoan how lame it was...so there I am with FUNNESTCOUPLE81. Life is what you make it.

Yes I do. Do I personally believe swinging ads an extra element of jeopardy to a marriage? Yes I do. Do I believe there are quite a few people that would be happier staying away from the swinging lifestyle? Yes I do. Never-the-less, most of the couples, we have personally met, that are swingers seem to enjoy swinging and frankly enjoy doing it together. Do I believe there are quite a few couples who will enjoy swinging? Yes I do, we certainly have enjoyed the lifestyle experience as do a lot of swinging couples we have met. In the end if you are a married couple you have to make the decision based on the two of you, as to whether or not swinging is a good thing in your lives individually and as a couple. Right. And swinging doesn't end a marriage anymore than cheating or lying or alcohol abuse or drugs, etc; people end marriages. Any relationship is an invention solely created by those people involved and only they have power over its progress forward. Will swinging or discussions about it lead to problems between people in relationships? Potentially. But any attempt by the anonymous lady in the story to blame swinging for anything is an attempt on her part to avoid accountability.
You can't blame the alcohol itself for the drunk.
PS, NJ may have a lower divorce rate b/c it's one of the few states that still grants annulment instead of divorce in certain cases.
