I would like to point out one thing, when you are a single male you and you are straight and you want a couple then you bring nothing to table. You have nothing to offer the husband of the couple aside from a show but you are asking the man of the couple to share his wife with you with nothing more then a thank you in exchange,
in most cases single men have a gf or wife but simply do not want to risk sharing them because they are afraid of losing them, having them leave or know thats what you want to start doing or will be trying to do or they do not want to take the effort and risk and time to get their partner involved.
Maybe that is it. They are seen as takers but not givers. Also the acts of some of their kind is seen as rude and pushy. Say "No Single Males" in the profile but yet they cannot understand that. Maybe that is why they are all lumped into a bad group. No positives, for most people and a few negatives and you have a bad listing.
I don't think so. People have talked about the "risk" factor time and time again. However, what is to say that the partner won't run even if you don't "risk" them?

When meeting a single guy and you're having a conversation about the lifestyle ask him if he'd have his girlfriend or wife par take in the activities. I have found that many on average would not. This leads me into my second point.
2. There is a certain lack of respect on the side of the single guy. I recently went to a swing club and you could always tell the difference between the single guys that were in the lifestyle for real and the ones that were just there for a good lay. That disturbs me greatly when I see it. Most single guys don't get what it's all about and they come off with this smug, arrogant, vibrato as if to say "Sure dude, I'll fuck your wife/girlfriend since you can't please her. You're just not enough man for here. Let me show you how it's done!" Oh give me a break!
Now there are some guys out there that get it and if they had a significant other he'd be in the lifestyle with her. True some guys are just losers but I think that we can all agree that this lifestyle is not for everyone and finding that partner or special someone to enjoy it with you can be a little difficult. Just like it's difficult sometimes find people that are already in the lifestyle to meet for a fun evening.
So, I'll end this with saying that couples that are leary of single guys have every right to be. However, I don't think you should lump them all together and just write them off. It's a case by case bases.;)
San Diego Visit? - Any swing clubs people can recommend in San Diego? - IT has been a while since i posted on here or was active on the site but I am heading to San Diego for a week or so and checking to see if anyone knows of a good place to go to for swinging activities in San Diego area? Whether regular bars/clubs that are populated by swingers or swing clubs or groups...hope to get some help thanks!

How's everyone spending the long weekend? - Who's up for some spontaneous get togethering? - We're celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary all weekend, we started Wednesday night with our private dinner and a Vegas show, Of course Thursday is T-day so family time, Friday is party time with friends, a dinner with everyone and a party at the swingers club later that night. Sat and Sun is as much sex as we can fit in.
If anyone is in Vegas they can join us, we wish we lived in Utah though, so many people there

We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - Again, the intent of this post wasn't to obsess over this one bad time. It was to express our feelings and frustration. The advice everyone has shared with us is very helpful. We just want to avoid this kind of situation in the future. Realistically we do realize that we will come across this sort of thing again but atleast now we will be better prepared to deal with it. We will do things differently next time. Hopefully any simiular couples reading this will also choose not to contact us and the ones that are on our level will.
Small Town - Speak Out - we live in a small town and no one seems to put a pic on their profile, we look at it this way, if you are a trial member or courious, u can only see the first pic, but if you are really wanting to get into it you will get a membership and see what is available. You should not worry about showing a pic because these ones viewing it would also be swingers. Does this not make sense?????
