How to identify yourself as a Swinger - - We all come into a world full of pressures to fit in, put on the uniform and conform. Deep inside we have these desires, many of which are instinctual and that we can never really shed or mask and probably many more are a creation of environmental influences. We all seem to want to define ourselves as some sort of being with a center and we perhaps feel the need to display our behaviors to others and to ourselves as a cohesive definable, reliable and easy to understand image of a reality. In fact we are delightfully pliable and ever in motion and we can never really be defined as more than a snap shot in time never to be repeated at any given moment. The more rigidly we strive to label and define ourselves the more trapped and disillusioned we may feel. The application of our definitions on others may in fact become walls and barriers to deeper, sexier and more delightful interactions. Relax and experience. Ceasing to define ourselves and others may be the secret to discovering and more fully enjoying our own company and the company of others. Expect nothing and just be who you are moment by moment and as you feel desires in the moment toward others be honest. Words may be overrated and people will instinctually understand our desires beyond our words and a need for proper social decorum. Sex happens beyond and in spite of definitions. Sex that happens because of a definition may be less delightful than we expected. Hence we have all known "swingers" that become disillusioned and distance themselves from the "lifestyle". Did their sexual self die? Probably not. Did they begin to feel trapped? Possibly. Swingers Vacation Spots - Help us - I have to agree with a couple responses above...HEDONISM ROCKS. Hedo is in Jamaicca. They have 2 spots. Hedonism II and Hedonism III. They are an all inclusive vacation that you would buy. Depending on the time of year you go, you and your spouse could get an ALL inclusive (yes this includes drinks too) for probably under $2,000. We have intentions of going for our first trip to Hedonism in October 2004 (this will be our 10th anniversary). Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - Yeah, a lot of insecurity showing here and generalized statements. I like reading people's opinions and their own take on these discussions. But if you do it, please don't paint everyone with your brush. Really, we're adults and can speak for ourselves. :D
There are those of us who really like to watch our partners pleasured. There are women who like more than one man at a time. And of course, there are women who want to play with another man, alone. Or, perhaps the single male can teach them something or offers something another man can't.
The reasons some seek single males is the same as people seeking single females. They want something different. A new twist or perhaps fulfill a fantasy.

New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - All, we've been trying to explore this idea for over a decade and there are many legal challenges. There is a public indecency law, even for private clubs. If you have a legal license, and you accept any amount of money, you fall within this law.
Trust us, we've been trying to figure this out ourselves as we've been wanting to create something. Right now, the safest avenues are private mansion parties and legal lifestyle friendly and/or off-premise clubs which we are starting to explore.
We've been trying to find a club to buy with an existing license for a while I now. If anyone has any prospects, let us know.

This one time at Swingers Camp - Discussion about N by N camp out - This was our first year, and we had a great time! Thanks so much to everyone who worked hard to make it so enjoyable. We loved meeting new friends, we will be there next year!
What does Bi comfy mean for a guy? - I wish Swingular had some definitions? - I have listed myself as straight because I am heterosexual. I kind of assumed that bi-curious means you are thinking about trying bisexuality for yourself but have not yet done so and that is not me.
I kind of assumed that bi-comfortable means you are comfortable with some bisexual interaction that involves you personally being sexual, to some degree, with another man and I really am not.
I am not homophobic or bi-phobic. If bi-comfortable means I have no problem with bi-sexuality or bi-sexual people then I am bi-comfortable. I would also be heterosexual comfortable, homosexual comfortable and transgender comfortable.
We really do not have a problem with the male or the female half of a lifestyle couple being bi-sexual. My wife being bi-sexual, if she is attracted to both halves of just such a couple could enjoy having sex with both halves of the couple. We have been there and done that. I would only want to have sex with the women in the room but if the other man is bi-sexual and understands I will not be having sex with him then it is just the same as if he were heterosexual. No means no and yes means yes and in a room full of swingers it would seem the bi-sexual people have a better chance of getting a yes. If you focus on the pleasure you will not be having when there is no you cannot fully enjoy the pleasure you will and are having when you get a yes.
What sets you apart from other swingers - Lets see whos looking for what. - And don't we all just LOVE it when the naked man shows up at the party ;) I know I do... hehe (He looks damn good in my robe too ;) )
How to find other swingers - - If we're in a crowd of people and we want to find others, we wear our shirts that say "We love the lifestyle". The words are not in big bold letters across the front and back of the shirt and on a mens shirt they appear on the left chest and on women's they appear across the middle of the shirt.
To most straight couples they wouldn't even know nor pay attention since the words are not just "out there" - they are tastefully done. BUT - others in the lifestyle will pick up on them immediately.
