Vegas Club Party - Local Vegas Swingers club party - Thanks for posting the website, wasnt sure if I could do that or not. Yes this club is a step up from others in town. Its new so word is still getting out about it but if you want to try something new and meet some nice friendly people you wont go wrong.

ADMIN: Survey Says - Site Updates for Priority - This really could be a great site, especially for Utah Swingers. Utah is so unique compared to other states, especially when it comes to situations like swinging. There are not many sites that you can go to where Mormons (exmormons really) and non-mormons get each other. For those religion suppressed people to go to and talk with others that understand them and the culture they live in...but there does seem to be less traffic on this site even compared to a year ago.

ok questions for you laytonites....or anyone... - most people know my part time job... - I'm really curious too. I have run into people at parties that I knew outside the lifestyle, and ran into people in the real world that we recognized from the site. I would like to know if any research has been done as too how many couples in Utah are swingers (or a member count for this site that diversifies states) and what percentage of couples are swingers (I'm guessing it has to be higher than people generally think because of my experiences. Perhaps 20%). Anybody hear of any documented research that answers either question.
Small Towns - - Meh. We say keep it hidden. Ms. Evil and I think it's much more fun that we have a dirty little secret that our neighbors would likely soil their garments if they knew. Most are extremely jealous (a few have even admitted it) when they see us sitting on our porch Sunday mornings in clothing they are encouraged not to wear, sipping our mochas while they drive by on their way to 3 hours of sheer boredom and oppressive indoctrination. It would just be too annoying if EVERYBODY swung (swang? swingded?...need coffee NOW!). I honestly think some of the most insufferable Mormons I know would be just as insufferable if they were swingers as well. The Fun of the Chase - - I wouldn't even call it "the fun of the chase" as much as just liking to get to know people a little bit before jumping into the sack. I know there are plenty of swingers who really prefer no prelims of any kind and just getting down to the sex but that's not usually us.
For us there has to be an attraction on at least another level beyond simply physical attraction. Personality and being able to carry on a conversation are very important to both Ms. Evil and I. We much prefer to talk, at least a little bit, and get to know people a bit better and maybe flirt and tease and kid around a little bit. We find that it makes the sex a LOT hotter if we like you at least a little bit first. :-D
How did you get started? - -
Scott was familiar with the subject of swinging though not experienced, I had never heard of it. One day he started asking questions about my fantasies. Over the next several weeks we really had honest conversations about what we fantasized about and what turned us on. After that Scott found a local swingers club so we went to their social dance. It was not until then that I realized there were a lot of people (most, very normal) that also had similar interest in exploring their fantasies.
I would love to hear how others got started. Who brought it up? Did they bring it up because they had prior experience? How did you react?
What is up with Utah?! - Swingers in Utah and nowhere else? - Utah still remains the proverbial Mecca of swinging (at least of the places we have traveled/lived); we can't wait to come back!

Where do you hang out? - Running into each other - Aside from the big events or the Club scene, where do you hang out? There is quite a bit of discussion about recognizing swingers and where can we find swingers. Well maybe we could just let each other know where and when we might be found. We will start.
My darling wife is not much into the club life these days. We are so busy that our free time is often subject to spontaneity. We live in Cottonwood Heights. Our favorite local small bar is the Elixir Lounge, conveniently close to a few nice hotels. We also head over to Hog Wallow from time to time. I work a ton of hours on Saturdays and Saturday nights, so Friday nights we tend to want to be home about 11:00 p.m., but we do like to go have a little fun beginning late Friday afternoon. Sundays during the day we like to go have some fun from time to time. If Mrs. Delicious gets bored and decides to go out on her own Saturday evenings, she will probably head to Elixir. So those are a couple of places and times you might happen to run into us. If you are ever at either of these two establishments and you think you might recognize us, please feel free to come say hi.
Anyway, if you walk up to someone and ask them if they are Deliciously Wet, and it isn't us, that might end up being interesting anyway.
See life issues please help - Wife needs help understansing - I wanted to comment on a specific thing the OP said; many swingers are not swingers because they were "bored". Imagine a couple that vacations every year to the south of France and have a wonderful time, but one year decide to try Puerto Rico. Did they do something new because they were bored with their usual spot? No, they were looking for an adventure, to meet new people, to experience something different. Most swingers, the ones that are in a good place, are happy in their lives and also want to explore and expand their horizons. If you are afraid your spouse is "bored" with you then everything in the swinger lifestyle is going to appear more exciting and this is a recipe for jealousy and resentment. Remember that NRE is electrifying and exciting but ORE is just as valuable, if not more; it gives us real joy and comfort and that is sexy too.
