Las Vegas - Swingers clubs ect. -
Playhouselv allows single guys on Fridays only. Saturdays are couples and single females
Well if we are going to get technical they allow them on Thursday nights as well. But the statement was in general, single males can attend.

Swinging and LDS... - Are the two compatible? I know this is a huge can of worms... - We were talking to someone we thought was a "vanilla" friend last night. She has told us in the past how she is a total LDS member and "very religious", yet we just found out that she is and has been in the lifestyle for quite a while. We are a bit perplexed. While we are not LDS, we assume the church would frown on the lifestyle. Is this not the case? Or are LDS'rs living a "double life"? We all do to a certain extent, we don't advertise that we are swingers. But, to you who are active LDS members, how hard is to maintain while attending church? To those who are not and have dated LDS members, is it difficult to have poly relationships with members? What are some of the obstacles? We do like her very much.

'Neighbors with Benefits' to air on A&E - Excited to watch? - Looking at the preview, I have a problem with the show before even seeing it. It looks like the people on it are all going to be 20 or 30 something, and pretty darned physically attractive. Great TV marketing strategy, I suppose. Get people to tune in to see great looking people who engage in "forbidden" sex. Titillate the viewing populace. But NOT anything even close to a representation of the people in the lifestyle. Sure there are people as young as in their twenties in it. I was in bed with one a few weeks ago (yes, miracles do happen, folks. Even with old codgers like me [em]Emo_100[/em] ). But not only is the lifestyle not made up entirely of really hot looking people in their 20s and 30s, they aren't even a really large chunk of it. The largest single age group, based on what I've seen at events and parties, as well as on the site, are in their 40s. And far from all being fit, slim, and very sexy in a traditional sense, they are mostly average. In other words, the majority of us are normal people. And until the society as a whole starts seeing swingers as just normal folks, swinging isn't ever going to be well accepted. I also have a suspicion that the show is going to present swinging as a bunch of people getting together then all pairing off randomly with whoever. In other words, the view of swinging that vanilla society already seems to have. I really doubt that this show is going to do anything good for the lifestyle, mainly because I expect it to present a warped view of the reality of swinging. ~ Terry.

swingtown - a new show on cbs - Throwin a vanilla party, and inviting the swingers..friggin hilarious!! We all know when the fun began!!! We loved it!;)

On the road again - Frequent Travelers - Interesting thought It would be fun to meet other swingers on the road for the purpose of hanging out, not swinging....

Christian Swingers - - I recently came across some Yahoo groups where Christians who are swingers post talking about their activities. Some of these share their wives and others are into other things like B&D. Anyone here a Christian swinger? I would like to hear comments from anyone who wants to put in their two cents worth.

Black Ring, Right Hand - How to tell if someone's a swinger -
Okay if we a set what is the best way to confirm that the others swing also or should we have a secret language as well
Unfortunately, there's no good answer to this.. you'll have to go out on a limb at some point... However, if you see a couple out, together, BOTH wearing black rings on the right hand, it's pretty much a given. If you're TOO coy about it, their first instinct will be to deny.. I'd just come right out and ask.. "Hey, love the black rings.. are you guys swingers?"

Disabled Swingers - - Wolf thanks for the comment

Question - do you talk about other swingers? - good point HRNYLTLTART00 and WOLFMAJESTIC :)

Are you more or less tolerant? - - Are we attracted to a wider range of appearance and form? Yes, but I think that has more to do with experience and how that can expand our taste. Whereas swingers have opportunities for more experiences with the human form, up close and personal, they should discover a few new likes and attractions leading to a more expansive taste and appreciation for variety. Intolerant is a strong word. I don't ever remember not being able to tolerate someone's appearance. Why would someone's appearance offend you? Being rejected can offend us and hurts, but we cannot be attractive to or attracted to everyone. Not being attracted to someone is not necessarily unfriendly but intolerant of someone is. It seems that the people that seem most intolerant toward someone due to their appearance are those that perhaps have gotten caught in the it's us against them trap. Maybe that has more to do with the fear of loss and rejection if people that look different should win (As if there are not enough of us to go around.) than any real aversion to the other sorts with a dissimilar appearance. Peer pressure is sometimes a negative influence within all sorts of societies. People sometimes voice distasteful comments about others for the rewards a group in power and control can afford them for speaking in line with their spin. Such is the case with the media in Salt Lake City.
