Being Stood Up - Sucks to be stood up -
carrier, now thats just funny. that said, swingers are as a rule flakes its gonna happen so we recomend just meeting someplace you would go anyway that way when people flake off you can just enjoy your evening without them.
great advice

Shit Swingers Say - Hilarious Video.. - A few highlights.. (Definitely things you'll ONLY hear swingers say)... "Should I pack my strap-on? I'm not sure if they're going to have one" "Do you guys mind if we move our dinner to next week? She JUST got her period." "I didn't recognize you guys with your clothes on!!" "Honey, you have GOT to feel her breasts.." "I don't wanna go out, I have a pimple on my ass". "Do you know any babysitters that will stay past 5am?" "So if our parents ask.. here's how we know each other....." "Do you remember what brand of condmons Jim and Karen like?" "What did you do to my husband, and can you teach me?" "That was awesome... What are your names again?" "Do NOT open this in front of your family." "Don't get my head in the shot.." "I FOUND A UNICORN!" "Sorry about the wet-spot" "If we do Indian for dinner, we might not wanna have anal later."

What really defines a TRUE swinger? - -
to us swingers are people who want have fun some want to be friends and have fun, and the single males need to know there place and not be pushy or circle like a vultures.
Tell me you just did NOT insinuate that single males are not people who want to have fun and want to be friends...did I really misread that? And quite frankly the majority of pushy vultures *I* have experienced on Swingular are MARRIED. And not just men either. Being a pushy vulture is not related to marital status or gender. Just the lack of class and manners.

Newbie "outdoorsy" couple interested in the softer side. - Wish to develop a friendship with another couple in S ID, N UT -
What, specifically, feels intimidating? Or perhaps a better question would be what do you fear? Are you afraid that one of you will fall in love with a playmate and leave the marriage? Or that one or both of you will like swinging too much and become big ole sluts? LOL Or maybe you're afraid of contracting a horrific sexually transmitted disease and your junk will fall off? *grin* Most of us are TERRIBLY bad at risk assessment and more often than not we fear things that are statistically FAR less likely to happen than things we don't seem to fear all that much. Some people won't fly in planes even though they are FAR less likely to die in a plane crash than driving their car to Walmart. And many swingers are deathly afraid of getting AIDS even though it's really quite hard to contract compared to, say, HSV, which most adults have actually already been exposed to. Identifying why you're intimidated might be a better use of your time than trying to find a needle in a haystack. But in the end, do what you're comfortable doing. If you think finding another newbie couple is the least intimidating way to dip your toes in then, by all means, do that. Those of us who have been around the scene for a while, however, could tell you some of the drawbacks to meeting people who are newbies. Personally, we would seek out a more experienced couple, albeit one who is NOT pushy and is willing to go at your pace and is looking for friendship more than sex. The reason I say that is if things DO turn sexual, a more experienced couple is less likely to freak out or have other issues that they haven't already dealt with. Either way, good luck.
Damn! You must be like an intuitive or something. Yes, my biggest fear is my wiener falling off...and then, my libido cruelly kicking into overdrive. Can you imagine???!!!😳 I believe my use of "intimidating" was a little off. How about nervous? You know...a little jittery, some anxiousness, and excitement all rolled into one...sorta what you'd feel if you were a beginner.😉 Re HIV/AIDS: Looking at the statistics doesn't comfort me in the context of hard core LSing. Now, I could mentally reshape those numbers to suit my desires but...really, it's of no concern to me as we're not interested in the harder side of things. Thanks for your input. I have made a few adjustments to my post and our profile.

Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - Well we are barely 30 and we find that we usually end up with couples mostly our age, not for any particular reason its just how it seems to work out. We have hung out

Why Hide Your Faces? - Don't you realize you're smarter than everyone else? - I do like your view of things and I get it, but if there's anywhere to advertise it's here. I'm not telling people to sporadically start telling the world they're swingers; you'll end relationships. Like after telling my wife, knowing the outcome, not telling her sisters how we were during their vacation together. She did, ending both relationshits—one in divorce and the other broke up & moved out. I asked what she told them and it was one line I knew hurt their little traditional relationship minds. "He just said he's not trying to take my 20s away and saying I have to sleep with him and only him is unrealistic". Like I said, it's dangerous expressing the lifestyle. Why? Because it makes more sense than todays definition of love. I'm trying to think if ever a conversation came up toward me having to explain how I am, and none exist other than me telling my mom, "I know the secret to mankind" having to explain.

"Hall Pass" the movie - Funny as hell! - The first of it was great...ending was predictable....but over all good!! worth seeing! they should just become swingers and everything would be perfect!

female AGE turn on-off - - I guess I got to relate to "real " couples swingers , and so , you are a small amount of couples that openly do so , the majority of couples don't swing at all ! or do it in hiding or in a disceet manor ! go ahead make your own rules .....:p

Male on male - Not sure if this is where this goes, but male on male tonight only. -

I think part of the problem why guy's don't want to put it on the profile or try it is they may be afraid if their GUY friends would ever find out that might cause problems with their friends. Remember these site's can be accessed by anyone this is the same reason alot of swingers don't post a face photo.
AMEN!! But you'd be astonished at how many people here on Swingular just don't understand why some of us choose to NOT have a "public" profile pic.
true but then again if someone you know just casually finds your pic and profile it means they were on here looking for the same thing you were and have just as much explaining to do.
Unless they're just surfing, and stumble on it. I know - sounds like I'm paranoid, doesn't it? But I have an awful lot to lose.

How to identify yourself as a Swinger - -
Upside down pineapple ?? lol i dont get that at all.....
Early on, when looking into swinging, I visited another forum. A couple posted a picture of themselves with the caption, "We did it!" Their shirts were off and they were facing away from the camera. A few people posted that they didn't get it. The OP explained that they got upside down pineapples tattooed on their backs so other swingers would know they were in the lifestyle. No one knew what they were talking about. It was sad cause at first they joked that it was a well known sign, but person after person chimed in that they had never heard of it. Some people who had been in the lifestyle over ten years said they'd never heard of it. After a while they stopped trying to convince people and then stopped responding. It was pretty sad.
