just how long does it take ??? - - we have been swinging for 8 years now and have heard everybody say what fun it is . we have been to just about every party and club around here you can think of. and we have made very good friends from all this but we got into this to spice up our marrage.

Meeting couples at places other than lifestyle events/clubs - - We are opening up to more people in the work place and in general to some of our understanding friends. Which so far has been great, infact we've turned a few friends into swingers. We are always open about our sexuality and sex life in general so when people talk to us about stuff and they find out about our lifestyle. They tend to come back later asking more and more about it. Overall the searching through profiles does get old, but we do enjoy seeing new and old friends come on the site. Single females profile... "but not" - - At the risk of taking this even further off topic...I look at honesty the same way I look at sin (not that I believe in the concept of sin). Observing and talking to my neighbors I've discovered that the majority have little "pet" sins that they unilaterally seem to deem more important to avoid than other sins. Some of my neighbors would never consider shopping on Sunday but don't have a problem working in their yards in rather skimpy (for them) attire during the summer. Others seem adamant that church attendance is more than mandatory but have no problem hitting Chuck A Rama after church. Still others are devout temple goers yet have confided that they have a single glass of champagne on New Years Eve. Honesty, to me, appears very similar. I know many swingers who are less than honest about their weight and/or age yet really seem to get upset if someone is less than honest about their relationship status. Still others state they are disease and drug free and demand the same in others yet I've seen them with cold sores (yup that's HSV people) and regularly partake in pot or use illegally obtained erection enhancing drugs. Honesty, like many things in life, is apparently quite flexible and indeed seems to be a matter of perspective.

On Premise Swingers Club - SLC - What cracks me up about the "moral majority" here is that most of them secretly are into all kinds of stuff. This is now the number one state for paid porn subscriptions !!!!!! That tells me that all those horny old men that make the laws here are the ones living in secret. It is so sad :( My husband and I have lived all over the US and love the on premise clubs. Would love to see one here in SLC. This is just anecdotal and you are failing to realize that you are talking to them in a LS scenario where everyone wants to be the super open and cool movie star-like swingers. Same reason all SM's in the LS are respectful, kind and the Good Lord's gift to couples seeking MFM or even the ones that are not. We all play The Imitation Game. They will talk to you openly, honestly, will tell you how much they enjoy it, how healthy for their relationship is. It almost becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
