How is it to be in the lifestyle and have small kids. - We are new to the lifestyle. - well we have been in this life style for 4 years now and hav many friends that are swingers tht we dont play with . and they know our kids after we was sure it would been a very safe thing to do. and everybody gets along great . but our kids dont know of our life style .
but when they get od enough to know and ask we will tell em the trueth .
we have even had a cpl come in from another state one time aand they brought there kids
but agian it was a friendship thing and no sex was involved.
we dont make a habbit of doing that . if we havent known a cpl for awhile we dont .
we even had a falling out with a cpl .but when we see them we still talk to them.

New SLC Club: Button Up and LS Night - New Club and LS Night - We are not the actual hosts of this party and we are not trying to take any credit for this event. We did create a local “party” for this event this Saturday night on another LS site...not sure how to do that on Swingular. Swingular should make it easier for us to do this...we would rather use Swingular to promote this type of event.
We did this because we would really like to see if we could make this a good event with a sexy turnout. Last week was a let down for us. We’ll try this a few more times and see if we can’t get a better turnout.

Are you a Swinger or Liver? - - it's funny to me there's an option to turn of single dudes but not woment lol. just funny cuz it's exactly what we're looking for but because dudes are insecure creeps, they've ruined tryna swing somehow. Having a profile is a bit like fishing for friends. Sometimes the online bait looks pretty good. The downside is that anyone with a credit or debit card can buy a membership. Predators (sexual sharks) have bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards and such. If sexual predation is his or her motive of course a sexual predator would buy a membership on a swing site. Online can be like a shark cage. Sexual predators can see us, but they can't bite us unless we leave the cage. The more aggressively they attack the cage the more dangerous they must be. We hold off on phone numbers until we feel pretty comfortable. Back before the social media explosion the only way to get know about, let alone get invited to a swinger's meet and greet was to be invited by someone already involved, and usually they had to get your attendance approved, by the organizer, before the invent. So there was some added layers of protection, that were not fool proof, but often effective. Basically, people did or didn't know much about what's going on or who might be involved on the weight of their reputations. Really a good or bad reputation will still affect who you will meet or who you will connect with even today.
There may well be some real legal ramifications involved for the administrators to allow a public trashing of someone's reputation, because the accusations might be true and they might be slander. What is and will always remain appropriate is to tell all your friends and acquaintances within the lifestyle about anyone you know for certain is dangerous.
With all of that said, having been involved in the community for awhile, and yes we used to attend the big events from time to time, we have to say that the vast, vast, vast majority of the people we have met have been good people. Yes there have been good people we didn't see eye to eye with, and yes there have been just a few awkward moments, but still we have found that most of the swingers in the community are good people. As for the sexual sharks circling around the community, even though they may know more than we would like about where we are swimming, we can and should be protective of one another and let each other know when they are getting too close.
Friend collectors or swingers - - It also depends on the mood that people are in. My wife is not always in the mood for this type of sexual activity. However, when people send us friend requests and they sound nice, respectful, and there is a potential for attraction, we accept the friend requests.
When is this site going to get back to SEX - - I would suggest that if you'd like hotter topics, provide the threads. The forum has been kept running by people who present topics, albiet sometimes controversal and mostly about things other than the lifestyle.
On other sites to which we belong or did belong the topics were about how to meet women by single men or from people who wanted advice as to how get their spouce, SO, G/F past the talking stages and into the lifestyle...It seems that since there are no questions and everyone is a swinger of experience that subjects from newbies are not here. There are no Newbies here???? MAybe people come into the forum see the posts and figure that they will be looked down upon by all of those hardened and seasoned swingers....
So to facilitate putting this forum onto the swinging scene, people need to toss caution to the wind and take advantage of all of the experience here. A thought just crossed my mind.... could it be that the people here are simply talking the good game. Now that will probably get me flamed from many sides. So please stop complaining that the forum is not about swinging and sex and make it that...
