And yes it is smart to be tested and have safe sex but just because you have safe sex there is still a risk ...... I mean really there is a million ways to die so choose one . How did you get started? - -
Scott was familiar with the subject of swinging though not experienced, I had never heard of it. One day he started asking questions about my fantasies. Over the next several weeks we really had honest conversations about what we fantasized about and what turned us on. After that Scott found a local swingers club so we went to their social dance. It was not until then that I realized there were a lot of people (most, very normal) that also had similar interest in exploring their fantasies.
I would love to hear how others got started. Who brought it up? Did they bring it up because they had prior experience? How did you react?
Swingers Vacation Spots - Help us - I have to agree with a couple responses above...HEDONISM ROCKS. Hedo is in Jamaicca. They have 2 spots. Hedonism II and Hedonism III. They are an all inclusive vacation that you would buy. Depending on the time of year you go, you and your spouse could get an ALL inclusive (yes this includes drinks too) for probably under $2,000. We have intentions of going for our first trip to Hedonism in October 2004 (this will be our 10th anniversary). Skittles2469fun - Newbies - Welcome newbies. Like you, we were together more than a decade before we got into the lifestyle. We actually talked, fantasized and researched it for almost 2 years before taking the leap. One site we used that had great info is Swingers Board. We've loved it ever since. The main thing you need to do is be on the same page about what you want, what your rules and boundaries are and have fun. Go to parties. Browse profiles and contact those who interest you. Set no expectations for dates, we've found it usually doesn't go how you think it will (good and bad). Avoid anyone you get a sense of drama from. One thing we did from the beginning and do still to this day. After every party, club visit or date, we'd talk about it. What we liked, didn't like, etc. Did we mention have FUN!!!!!! Also, don't take rejection personally. It happens to pretty much everyone. Oh yeah, HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Playing with \"swingers\" vs \"nonswingers\" - - We try to never let the two groups of friends mix, atleast the topic. His eagerness is a bit scary that he would jump at the chance to do it. I would take it slow and see how it unfolds and not just plan a meeting the next time you get together. I would also keep your other half in on this plan and make sure they are in for it as well.
