Stainless Steel Kitchens? - Stainless Steel Kitchens? - We are thinking that we want the cabinets themselves to be stainless but the counter top to be some other material because it is more likely that scratches or stains will occur on the counter tops than on the cabinets or the appliances with exception of the stove. Stove tops (like swingers posting in the forums) can take a lot of abuse if you cook a lot. Some wear and maybe even some scaring is bound to happen. We are looking more for low maintenance functionality and dependability than high maintenance glamour that you are afraid to touch or that has a quick break down once you actually start to cook. We just love a kitchen that just screams use me harder, harder, yes please. As I said earlier we are more like an adventure base camp than the Ritz Carlton. The designer we know and trust and so far are planning on using has a team he works with it seems but we can pass anyone's name along to him and yes we will be discrete. So far he has never had a request for a steel kitchen so we are looking mostly for someone that has access to the steel cabinetry and some experience in installing steel kitchens. We are still open to other options so long as the durability might be comparable.

Meeting couples at places other than lifestyle events/clubs - - We are opening up to more people in the work place and in general to some of our understanding friends. Which so far has been great, infact we've turned a few friends into swingers. Single males?...hmm..I've had plenty of single males over the past 5 years who make their pointless attempts at hooking up with me and or my husband in a three way scenario. Granted, I am about as adventurous as you can get. I have no specific problem with the single guy hitting on me, but the drama that tends to wrap itself around me after is just something I don't need or want. I was very into a single guy a couple of years back and he did actually become one of my best friends to this day and is now married, but that, in itself, was riddled in drama created by nosy, big mouthed people who always want to start shit instead of minding their own business. If you decide you like someone for a while and are seen with them more than not, people say you are "exclusive" and try to put false damage on your marital status. Get a life, assholes.
So...single males?...Enjoy yourselves...be respectful...and don't get too excited thinking you're every married couples answer to their failed marriage..swingers, when they are stable, are out there for fun. We may want the occasional single, we may not. It's about choice. My choice, at this time, is to refrain from said single guy, lol...but kudos to those of you "gettin some"...it's all in fun. Swingers at work... - - About a year ago my wife was visiting one of the fast food stores she owns. It is one in the next town that has a full time General Manager and a manager so she spends minimal time there.
She was walking thru and over heard two employee talking. Clearly it was about a local swing club but no one but a member would know.
She discretely took one employee to the side and asked if they were speaking (female first name) and (male first name)'s party. She was.
Ended up that several of the employee's were attending the same party we were going to. Apparently we had all been going but just never on the same nights.
Needless to say it was an interesting evening the time where my wife and I along with three of her employees were all at the same party. A little space was given but by the third or forth time we were all at a party at the same time it worked out ok.
The no play rule is VERY firm and it is NEVER mentioned at work. Thank goodness the store was eventually sold to new owners so the concern is much less.
