Sorry you seem to be having problems but sometimes things just go with the territory. There may be a few times where someone may send a mail before completely reading a profile. We don't do it often but have had it happen a time or two and we are pretty sure we aren't the only ones who have made that mistake at least once.
Secondly, while your profile does state what you are looking for, please try and remember what type of site this is. While not completely uncommon, it is rare to find a couple "just looking to be social friends". Usually there is a desire to at least have some sort of "soft swing" , " girl on girl" etc.......
We don't see anything wrong with your reply to the other couple, there are times when a reply can lead to offense taken by the other couple no matter how well worded it may have been. No need to worry always, as it is impossible to please everyone everytime : ) Just do your best to be polite.
If you and your husband are not on the same level here, ie: one looking for more or less than the other, it might be a wonderful idea to take a step back, talk openly and honestly with one another and make sure you are both heading in the same direction before jumping in. If you truly love each other, it isn't worth losing a marraige over of course, and if either of you have any reservations regarding the other, this certainly wouldn't be the place to find those answers. Western Caribbean Cruises in Feburary (anyone going) - Feb. 21st Carnival freedom - Mar. 1st RCCL Independence - Just want to know if any one is going and wants to meet up on these two cruises in Feburary,
The first is on Carnival Cruise Line's the Carnival Freedom leaving Ft Lauderdale on Sunday Feburary 21st to the Western Caribbean for 6 days,
The Next one we are taking while we are already there on Mar. 1st is on RCCL Independence of the Seas also to the Western Caribbean for 6 more days,
We would love to meet up with other swingers while on these cruises for a more exciting cruise, What better way than this to make great friends for 6 day's.

Weeding through the real/ fakes - I wish there was a "validation " on profiles.. - PolyCouple, I think you're pointing to a cultural gap that we've also been frustrated with for years. We fall more into the independently open category, which puts us closer to the poly-lite and kink communities than the swinger community. We've found that a lot of swingers have the men negotiate the process and that's a huge turn off for us so we end up considering it a red flag in terms of what we're looking for. No judgement, it just clearly wouldn't work with our dynamic. We're free to talk to and do whatever we want with whomever we want. And we do. It's just different. But, in general, only hearing from the man does also make it hard to figure out if you're talking to a real couple or if there's true enthusiastic consent involved on all sides. Especially with so much catfishing going on over on other apps. Maybe the site could have badges or tags that filter searches.
Grammar - Some suggestions for better communication ... - Here's a tip. Veterinary dentistry is WAY cheaper and 6 out of 10 swingers can barely tell the difference between human teeth and pig teeth.
