Lots of Flakes or Phonies? - -
I think we could have an entire discussion on what qualifies as being a swinger. Some people would say you have to fuck every couple you meet, regardless of attraction, because really, its just sex and you can take or give a dick to anyone. Some would say any act of sharing yourself in any form is swinging. I'm sure in Utah if you did a poll, a majority would say if you are kissing another person or feeling up their titties, that is swinging. Can I kiss someone with enough passion to basically be a sexual act? I think so. So to declassify people as swingers because they play less often, or hardly ever, or even because all they want to do is to have sex in front of another couple, or even just to watch, seems, well, a little discriminatory and pointless. There is a whole spectrum of people, ideas and values on this site and in the community. We have had MANY couples lose interest when we have told them we like to meet over drinks, go home alone and discuss it, and then go from there. They say either full swap, or no meet. Oh well. Maybe it is our loss as well as their loss, but we don't like to be pressured into anything. Do we make bad swingers. Sure, to some. Have we made a ton of great friends by looking around? Hellz Ya. We love our new friends, even the ones we have never, or will never, play with. Also, by moving slower, the people we have met tend to stick around longer, as opposed to being just another notch on the bedpost. (as poet_rayl mentioned) As far as parties, for us they have been a great, low-pressure way to meet people. Is it a way for some people to just dip their toes in? Absolutely. And I welcome those people. They have to start somewhere and it is much better for them than just jumping in and fucking the first couple they meet than having issues in their relationship because of it. We were both completely petrified at our first party and got so drunk I'm sure we made a few horrible impressions. But we can sympathize with people being unsure of the lifestyle and what it encompasses. We have avoided the parties where everyone has to get naked and play. Just not our thing. We must be too picky and for us it seems strange, and a little risky, to jump in a pile of unknowns and get our biznass done. So, basically, there is a spectrum from the super pushy swingers who want to fuck all the time regardless of whose hole or nubbin it is (yes, I am generalizing, I'm sure they might, possibly care a little) to noobs who want to just look around, see what is our there, and if they work up the nerve, play. Who cares? Don't get mad about it, don't get pissy and just accept that people are different and everyone has different needs. I don't think most people are trying to be deceitful or dishonest. They just don't know what they want or how to proceed. AANDR and Glitzy have a good idea. If it doesn't work, move on. Keep trying. But please, be respectful and polite when you do. Can't we all just get along? God bless us, everyone.. and all that shiz. The Mr.
We are spot on with your point of view. -C and J

Any economists out there? - serious question about our economy - Hmm... politics, economy and money, hot topic or what? I am definately not an "economist" nor do I play one on tv. LOL - What I do believe in is my own power to control my "wealth or lack thereof." I will not rely on someone else, especially the government to take care of me, in my old age, and I believe I am only "entitled" to what I can make/create/contribute in this capitalistic AND free society. History has proven there is always going to be corruption, dishonesty and greed - just like the stock market, and economy has/will continue to fluctuate. We are not victims here, and there are good people in government who really do what they can (yes, I actually take the time to talk to my legislators on issues that are important to me) - my opinion is that the ones who actually do the work, do not reside in the white house. Ok, it's late and I will thicken my skin for making this remark but, if I were ever running for office my slogan would say "I will work my ass off like a greedy, money-grubbing Republican to actually help my fellow man, like a Tree-hugging, money-spending Democrat!":) Good night you sexy swingers!

Playing Alone - - Couples all have different rules. Many categorically refuse to play alone with ANYONE ever. This is their "security" place. They feel comfortable in the place where they can see each other and "protect" if necessary. It takes some people a long time to get passed this. It's kind of a 'control' thing leftover from the vanilla life. I'm not saying it's bad, good or indifferent it's just the way it is. Some people take longer to get passed their histories as vanillas than others. As they progress and get more comfortable with themselves, the lifestyle, their partners then they will slowly open up and begin to trust a bit more. Don't take it personally, that's the key. Many people still hang on to their vanilla background that their partners are their most 'valued' possession. I liken it to my $450 deep sea fishing reel. Sure I'll loan it to someone to use if I'm on the boat with them and can make sure they're taking care of it. Is there anyone I'd just let 'borrow' it out right for the day or weekend? Not a chance in hell. It takes time to let go of that 'she's/he's mine' get feeling. I think my wife and I took almost 6 years before we got there successfully. We tried many times before that but it never worked out well for either of us. We finally came to a point where it's okay to play separately everything from next room to next state it no longer bothers us. I personally prefer within 30 - 50 miles so she get's home faster for the "after play" sex you're describing (which I really like too.) You'll have to find a VERY secure, VERY established, VERY strong couple to fulfill your fantasy. They are out there, my wife and I for example but even though we're open to playing separately are we open to YOU playing with her or me separately? That's a different level of trust. Does it mean no? No. It means "maybe" in time it's a possibility. (I'm speaking hypothetically of course.) Don't worry your "couple" or "person" will come along. You might also try investigating a subsection of the lifestyle called "hotwifeing" while I know few swingers who are hardcore into only hotwifing, there are quite a few that tip toe in that part of the lifestyle (quick def, she plays he doesn't except with her.) That's the post play joy for you and the play and post play joy for her. Most people just bounce between that and swinging. There are people out there just be patient and don't expect it from any current playmates that you have established rules with, they need to progress at their own speed.

female AGE turn on-off - - SPERM, You are a class A jackass. Pleae take your cheating ass elsewhere. Your words spit on everything that real swingers believe in. You make me sick. Mrs Classy

Why are people so rude? - - They're not being rude. They're just fucking twatwaffles who are PRETENDING to be swingers then bait and switch the unsuspecting. It's an old game. Eventually your BS sniffer gets pretty good at sniffing out these douche canoes and you can avoid them.

PICTURE SURFERS HANG A 180 LOL - - I think what they mean by "friends and MAYBE more" is that they are looking for friends first and if everyone establishes a friendship and clicks sexually more will follow. I guess everyone is different when it comes to the lifestyle and some take it more slowly than others. Some require a strong friendship before playing, some don't. Some feel that they may establish a friendship but one of the people just doesn't click sexually with one or more of the others and that feeling needs to be respected by all. When we first started we were in the mindset that we had to find "best friends" with benefits and quickly discovered that we don't necessairly need to be best of friends, we do need to like the other people though and feel that attitude and personality are very important to us. We've been fortunate enough to maintain a friendship with everyone we've played with and some that we haven't because one of the group just couldn't make it to that level but we still maintain contact with each other. I guess what I hate the most is when you run across someone that thinks that just because you are in the lifestyle and on a swingers site you automatically have to lay down and spread for anyone that asks. Doesn't happen often but seems like we get more than our share of it.

New Lifestyle Destination Coming Soon - There is a new lifestyle-only "BnB" club opening this Fall in the Ozarks - Funny you should mention this... my wife has a dream of opening a swingers BNB when we retire.....

25 Ways to tell if youre a REAL Swinger - - LOL oh how very accurate that is so many of those do apply guess we qualify as swingers :)

Club CouplesOasis, Red Rooster or The Green Door.. anyone been - Just wondering who has been to a swing club in Vegas.. and how it was?? - We went to the Red Rooster once in Vegas.. wondering who else has been to a swingers club in Vegas, which ones, and how you liked them.... Thinking of going to CouplesOasis in Vegas, or one of the others in the near future and so we want to know your experiences and be able to get a feel for what one to choose next time... Red Rooster was ok... but we went mid-week and not many people were there... thanks M & D

Were young but give us a chance!!! - - I notice that you two signed up just about two weeks ago? I would say first off to give it time. Trust and friendships within the swinging community often takes time and cultivating. It is a large and close-knit community...which means that the more people that you meet, you will meet their friends and get more peeps in your "swinging network". Only being on this site for 2 weeks means that your exposure to the social side of the community has been VERY limited. To compound that, you're legally underage for the types of activities (drinking) and venues that many of these activities occur. Be patient, and look for the other ways to meet people on here. The chat room is always a good start, there is a good variety of swingers from all age groups and social statuses that are there. Being active (in a POSITIVE, not argumentative way...we all know who we are) on the Forum threads is another way to get yourselves better known. What I would NOT do, however...is whine that you're not getting any chances given to you. That arguement is certainly not unique to the younger crowd here, as many of the older people can complain that they're not given a chance either due to their age, gray hair...whatever. Trust me...you don't want a reputation for being a complainer. Time & patience.... ~J~
