Swinging and LDS... - Are the two compatible? I know this is a huge can of worms... - We were talking to someone we thought was a "vanilla" friend last night. She has told us in the past how she is a total LDS member and "very religious", yet we just found out that she is and has been in the lifestyle for quite a while. We are a bit perplexed. While we are not LDS, we assume the church would frown on the lifestyle. Is this not the case? Or are LDS'rs living a "double life"? We all do to a certain extent, we don't advertise that we are swingers. But, to you who are active LDS members, how hard is to maintain while attending church? To those who are not and have dated LDS members, is it difficult to have poly relationships with members? What are some of the obstacles? We do like her very much.
While the Wife is Away The Husband Will Play?? - - Ya know, I have traveled out of town alone and could have played with my wifes permission, but when I have contacted a couple I got pretty much the "yea right" response. We have received e-mails just like mine and kinda have responded the same way. So I gave it up and that was ok. So as I would sit in my room in some exciting city drinking alone reading this forum (how pathetic!) I came to the conclusion, I just wanted to hang out with swingers. Curious Question - - Mogar, You have just described the lifestyle as it should be and is in many parts of the country... not just UT. It does seem, however, that the people on this site, particularly from UT are very very sexy. There must be someting in the water or that mormons are particularly good looking people... Might have to do with the survival of the fittest.... A long and perilous journey out there and then setting up and getting things started in the wilderness... Only the best genes survive, I guess. I think that many areas, besides UT, are very hot beds of swinging activity.. OHIO, NC, WV, PA is comming out as a hot area.. FL and there are several areas of concentration in FL...Different areas of NY state all seem to have large contingents of swingers... From all of the activity that we see thru various sites, it would seem that swinging is on the rise everywhere.
