Small Towns - - The most Mormon swingers are in Utah? Who'd a thunk? I've heard there are more Mexican swingers in Mexico than anywhere else. And I was told by a friend in the KGB that the FBI has one of the highest rates of crossdressers of any spy agency (started with J. Edgar Hoover and well...). Oh and they said the NSA was all a bunch of ferret molesting hermaphrodites. I put in that last part because it's true and because the NSA is reading all this stuff (down in Draper at that big ass spy building) and touching themselves inappropriately while doing so. And they've prolly made copies of ALL of y'all's naughty pics and all the fat geeky computer nerds are jerkin' it to all of our swinger photos. Hey NSA dudes! Don't you wish you knew what a real vagina felt like?[em]Emo_67[/em]

25 Ways to tell if youre a REAL Swinger - - LOL oh how very accurate that is so many of those do apply guess we qualify as swingers :)

Women with hall passes - Ever get with other couples - We've been known to do that but only if it's quid pro quo. Unfortunately there are quite a few people out there trying to game the system, claiming they're swingers when really all they want is another female to join them. They use various tactics to try to separate the female from her partner and will, of course, never reciprocate. Now we'll only consider ii if we've known the couple for a little while and at very least played together with them. Yeah we're assholes that way. [em]Emo_84[/em]

Orlando freaks - Orlando swingers - Let’s get something going

"The naughty crowd!" - Got any good stories? - Alright back. Every now and then a post will pop up on here talking about meeting a couple outside the lifestyle and wanting to ask "Are you swingers?" Last year my family and I moved up to Spokane Washington and once we got settled in got to know our neighbors. Turned out the couple next door was near our age and had a daughter close to our sons age, so instant parental friendship since our little ones hit it off. After a while of getting to know them we became better friends and that question started to kind of creep up in my mind. One sunday looking through a swinger website I happend across a couple who lived in our town, about our age similar intrests and they looked vaguely fimiliar. it wasn't till I got further into their photo albums that I recognized the tattoo on the male half of our neighbors upper arm. I started laughing and called out to my wife "you'll never believe this!" I kept laughing and told her "I knew there was another reason we got along so well." Turned out that we weren't what they normally look for in fuck buddies but the friendship we had built up more then made up for the differences. So its been a year and occassionally we still get together for fun time. Its nice to be able to go over to each others houses on the premise of a sleep over and just wait for the little ones to tire themselves out. Then tire ourselves out. Not sure if thats the kind of stuff your looking for but I find it amusing. Josh

Dating other Couples - Have you done it? - Been there, done that, have the t-shirt. We know plenty of people who've done it, and done it successfully (up to a point), ourselves included. We don't know of many, if any, where it has lasted for more than a few years and didn't end somewhat badly. It CAN be quite heady and has the potential to take swinging to the next level. Unfortunately, it is also exponentially more likely to crank up the drama factor to eleven (out of ten). Quite often each couple has their own "agenda" (for lack of a better term) that is often at odds with the other couple's agenda. We've seen it frequently cause weird jealousies not only between primary partners but also between non-primary partners and in a few extreme notable cases it has ended marriages. In our case, we were relatively long-term swingers at that point who, although never really super active in the scene, felt like we'd checked off most of the things on our swinging bucket list and were somewhat curious if there was more out there to explore in swingerdom...or if we were sort of done with the scene. The couple we started "dating" wasn't really the kind of couple we usually were attracted to and maybe that was part of the allure. They also had a very interesting (to say the least) dynamic in their marriage that really was at odds with that in our relationship. Ultimately they kept pushing boundaries (started throwing the "L" word around and much more), pushed for more and more separate activities and were insidious in slowly and subtly causing rifts, both large and small, as well as a LOT of drama. We actually didn't even realize how much drama and subterfuge had occurred until we were finally out of the situation entirely. We actually miss them a little, at times, and often wonder if there might have been a way to talk things out and come to a better understanding of how to continue on in a healthier way but they've actually gone on to do exactly the same thing to a number of other couples we know (it's a small world in Utah swinging and word gets around) and it seems to be their pattern. Tldr; It can work. It's quite rare when it works long term. It has the potential for disaster. While it's appealing in many ways we don't really recommend it. YMMV

Odd pattern. - Why the interest/disinterest? - I'm not surprised to see mentions of homophobia and haste in filling out the profile as possible reasons; I hadn't thought of the male ego being so driven as to ignore disinterest from gay women. Yet that ego can't be reasoned w/ when the interested person's equipment matches the imagined ideal but the original birth certificate does not, even when reproduction is not on the table. As Terry pointed out above, every blastocyst starts out female and slightly less than half mutate into males as they become fetuses. AHARLEYCPL, not only is hate mail unwarranted, I'm personally pleased this discussion, for all its potential thorns, hasn't disintegrated into discriminatory ugliness like it would on some sites where the membership is more mainstream; I think it's b/c swingers already think outside the societal norms when it comes to expressing sexuality and have more of a 'live and let live if no one gets hurt' mentality. Being a swinger isn't about thoughtless sex, it's about even more thoughtful sex and this discussion shows that. :)

Pocatello - - In in Pocatello Idaho for a few weeks. Heist places would you recommend going to meet local swingers in the area?

Are swingsites next? - - It seems that the theocratic power structure keeps trying to create a community exclusive to their vision of Zion through the acquisition of real estate. City Creek being their latest venture. It never really works, since fair housing laws make it impossible for anyone to completely eliminate people from buying property not of their faith. Certain communities do seem to gravitate toward certain neighborhoods. Once hipsters, for example start to move into a low price neighborhood, little by little businesses start to arrive that cater to their taste. The thought is that once you start to see the night life, or even the lack thereof, start to reflect certain taste in a neighborhood, then the property becomes more desirable to people who share the same taste. If the people the neighborhood attracts have money to spend the property values go up. I don't know. If swingers started to buy properties in a particular neighborhood, in numbers sufficient, that it affected the community's cash flow, then would it be possible, that the local cafes, coffee shops, bars and such might not all become somewhat swinger friendly without really say it? I know that I have been asked by gay men in a coffee shop, and in the Smith's in the 9th and 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City if I am gay, and the gentlemen never seem at all worried about asking the question, nor offended when I tell them I am not. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit friendlier to the LGBT community than much of the rest of the city. I don't think a question like that is always a pick up line, but it is a valid question as a point of reference. Why shouldn't someone be able to ask a question like that? If the LGBT community has some areas of town, that are somewhat more of a comfortable safe space, then why not the non-monogamous? Is that happening anywhere?
