Denial - What is the proper way to turn someone down. - Your worrying about it too much. Hope this doesn't offend, but really you are over thinking it. I'd just do what you want to do and not worry about what everyone feels or thinks. The only thing you SHOULD do if you don't want to get a lot of emails telling you how stuck up you are, is just be NICE.
Being NICE is actually pretty hard for some people and I still don't understand why. As for answering the mountains of board mails you will get on this site, Don't stress it. We used to think we should respond to every email and I'll tell you right now, it's impossible. We made a rule really early and that was that your friend request would only be approved if we did in fact know you personally, or if the one asking had made some effort to get to know us in a Chat room, or by email.
One thing though that I would advise you as newbies on this site. If you allow your "sexual preferences" to dictate who and if you will meet someone in the lifestyle, then you are going to miss out on it's rich experience. Not everyone you meet that you may develop of friendship with is going to want to fuck you. So I'd not worry about meeting new people, even if they are asking to be your friend online. The key is always controlling how you'll meet people (which is easy) and then letting things take their course.
As for the "old" factor. You both are going to be really disappointed then with the "No one over 35" rule. The average age for Swingers in the United States is 35-45. Your wife is fairly young, she feels funny about guys my age being her Dad's age, well the feeling is mutual. Contrary to what some women might think, it's not all about the tight ass and perky boobs. But as for a friendship (non-sexual) why the hell not?
If your patient, friendly, and get out there and meet other swingers (like the parties), I think you'll find what you are looking for in sexual partners. I also think in some cases newbies are pretty "fixed" on what they think they want sexually. But after 4 years you may notice that what you "thought was ideal" is no longer the case. Keeping an open mind is pretty important in anything in life and it's not a bad idea in regards to swinging as well.

I was likewise disappointed in the showing of Local Team; at the end of all the rounds, the numbers for our side were mathematically lower than those of our opponents. Any true fan of sports will tell you this cannot be allowed to stand.

Swingers now officially a high risk group for STDs and STIs - Do your own research - So I did a quick research on this subject. I found what most everyone found, 2010ish articles about 50+ year old swingers being at higher risk. I don't think anyone here has mentioned the reason why is that age group is less likely to use protection. Now I'm not a great believer that condoms will prevent everything. Hell, by the time you have touched one another's naughty bits, kissed or had any contact you have exposed yourself to a mountain of risk. That being said, condoms are a pretty easy to use method of decreasing one's risk.
As for swinging being an "official" risk group...says who? I went to the Center For Disease Control's website http://www.cdc.gov/ and looked up various search terms such as "swinging," "swinger," and "swinger party." All I found was one article that references men who do not identify themselves as gay who have met gay men at swinger parties. My thinking here is if this is such a growing and "official" problem wouldn't the CDC have a bit more to say about it? I admit I didn't spend a ton of time on this so if anyone has nothing better to do by all means please do so.
Yeah swinging may be risky but I'm pretty sure more people are injured each year from scuba diving and riding motorcycles. My wife and I are sexual and social people. For us the lifestyle is a great fit and we mitigate the risk by being selective and safe. Our tests have all been clear and by avoiding IV drug users and other risk groups we cut down the chance of getting a nasty bug. This year was my first as a severe special education teacher and I was thrown through a window by one of my students so I have to say my employment situation is a hell of a lot riskier than being in the lifestyle. I'm not quitting teaching because I love my kids, and I'm not giving up the life style because I love...well, you know!

Bikers and Babes Party Plans are final . - Sat Oct 14th Club Tastebuds in Orlando. - Hey guys great question. We will do cars in a pack and Bikes in a Pack all with the same route pre planned the week of . We would like to do it with some cool stops. Like an Adult Toy store and Maybe a Wing House or Hooters and or poss a nice Park. This way if some get separated from others it will not be long be for all are hooked up again. Can Take time to shoot the shit a bit and enjoy the social fun of it.
Then head Back to Tastebuds hotel The Heritage Inn Hang by the pool clean up Cars and Bikes for the Hot Car and Bike Contest. As long as we have the #s for the ride and the Contest we will do them.Need to get some partisapation for this type of event.
We deff will be doing the indoor Poker run and the Wet T Shirt Contest But we sure could use some of you guys mailing and posting up. As of Now 3 Cars are in and 8 Bikes. We plan to ride reguardless and hang by the pool if its just a small quaint group thats cool.
The Fun will realy get Kicked up that night.
We have worked hard on this event and enjoy trying to put on and host a party for Tastebuds from time to time. We hope those of you that have come in the past when we were involved with a party will enjoy this one and bring a few new faces with you.
We would like to take a second to thank Club Tastebuds for allowing us to do the paries we have and are doing like this one. Please note to all even with the added expence the Club does not raise any prices.
We are an average cpl who just want our friends and those we would like to get to know and their friends to just have a great night out. We all work hard and if we can have a blast and others can as well from a little planning and a bit of hard work . Hell we all win.
