Curious Question - - Actually POOHBEAR... its a major secret society, (swingers), that have been practicing underground in this area, away from public opinion ever since the pioneers came west. Recently it was exposed by the 20/20 news show and now everyone wants to get in on the action.
Seriously... most of the western area of Nev, Utah, Ariz. etc is desert and the cities grow where ever water is available. That means alot of empty space in between cities. As for the number of people in lifestyles... I think alot of us just got bored and had to find something better to do than go bowling at night. You are right however, there are alot of very wonderful people out here..

We like to think that we're doing what makes both of us happy. If that makes us swingers or polyamorous, or whatever, then that's cool with us. Our label we give ourselves isn't important, nor do we care about it.
We beg to differ. That label is important from certain standpoints. Now, if you meet us and tell us you are a poly couple seeking a poly relationship, we can tell you it won't go far since that is not what we want. That way, you know it isn't going anywhere fast and so do we. No need to drag it out for a while and then "I thought you...." or "I got the impression.....". If I am looking for a certain type of relationship, isn't it better to know up front and not waste anybody's time and get hurt feelings?

What really defines a TRUE swinger? - - We don't consider singles swingers, but have no problem playing with them on occasion. We play with both couples and singles and still consider ourselves swingers. Most the time, I initiate simply because I'm the more social and outgoing one. Sometimes he makes the calls. We both have to agree on the situation, but we can take turns making the calls. I think its more important to have fun and do what makes you happy rather than arguing about whether or not I'm a swinger, you're a swinger, they're a swinger, is everyone a swinger? lulz. I dunno. Am I a fake swinger cuz Mark gets to be in charge sometimes or because we play with singles sometimes? Oh well. Guess I'll just keep playing pretend. mwuahahaha.

Orlando on the 21st - - I don\'t mean to be negative or difficult, but the general \"lay of the land\" for swingers in Orlando - has been discussed here before - with the conclusion that aside from Tastebuds (which is wonderful, but meets each *Saturday* night - not on Friday when you\'ll be there) - there really isn\'t much in the way of \"public\" entertainment. You can enjoy Rachel\'s Steakhouse (near the airport) for some great steak and topless dancers, or your best chance is to see if you can hook up with a private party - or *make* a private party somewhere - because Orlando is desperately trying to keep the \"Family\" image - and clamps down hard on anything \"public\" for swingers - or even just good-old nudity in strip clubs and such.
It is ironic that Vegas has the same problem: in the city of Vegas - one cannot be *nude* in public shows. Particularly funny because when the Swingers and the Soccer kids clashed at the hotel near the airport recently, one person said \"Orlando isn\'t VEGAS, for goodness sake\" (meaning that MCO is supposed to be MUCH more wholesome - whatever that means).
Anyway, not in any way shooting at you - just kind of sad that a big, tourist city like Orlando - hasn\'t managed more \"action\". It may be there, but it\'s \"underground\".
